I've installed a Jiofibre connection at my home & have been provided internet service for the past 1 year with low speed. Recently the service was disrupted suddenly & noticed the cable wire was cut. The service personnel visited after multiple calls from my end & found that the connection was given beyond their service area & can't provide service. Surprisingly they told to disconnect the service. Even earlier when i was relocating from other places they haven't refunded my security deposit. The Jiobfibre service managers are so lethargic & irresponsible on their responses so as a customer got frustrated to raise such a consumer compliants. Pls escalate this request to the highest possible hierarchy in Jiofibre management chain.

Request for the cancellation refund and the return of the current month's plan amount as the service hasn't been provided for almost 25 days for this billing cycle (June 2023).

    My jiofibre connection is not working and rergularly disturbing AT times someone comes and the moment he leaves the previous non functioning position prevails.
    On 15th at 7.38pm a complain was lodged with No SR0000!AZ558 but none attended and no action at all.

    The i company is very poor in providing services after they get their money.

      Engineers are not coming at my home to fix the issue.

      Jiofibre is blinking red light. I scheduled engineer visit but they are not comming to resolve my issue. Every time i call jiofibre executive they gave me excuses only and not solving my problem...

      Very very bad on part of jio management, i am sandeep kothari, i have taken connection of jio fibre on 22 july, it was working very good for one month, after one month when i recharged again, on 22 sept at night 12.30 it stopped working, i lodged the compalint, some of persons came from jio on 23 sept
      my compaints number are

      and taken out jio wire connection saying wire is defaulted so we have to change it, i said ok, upto evening they not came, i waited then i seen my complaint ststua it was showing closed... I again loged the compalint but no body and complaint status was showing on hold, again i lodged compaint but no impact nobody taken care ... Now its around 11 days gone nobody from jio fibre is taking care, nor any customer care nor any engineer .. In this case how a consumer can file a complaint .. I have already got a loss due to internet of rs6 lakhs, also what will happen of my pack already upgraded ... Again after some days it will say for upgrade ... Very very bad on part of jio family ... Now i am fed up from there services .. I want to approach chairmen of jio fibre or reliance group .. If they also have no worries how can we will get result .. If somebody can relate it then pls do something so we can file a big suit against jio fibre for big frauds ...
