10 items missing from bag of 22 items

I ordered 22 items from jiomart.com on January 26, 2023 but only 12 items delivered by delivery boy Nishant Saini. 10 items missing that is cost around 1000 rs.
I raised many complaints but customer team always closed the complaint without resolving the issues.
This is complete cheating from jiomart team. I do not understand that a well known brand directly fraud to customers.

Hi sir
I purchased some grocery products on jiomart.com on 12th july 2020. But they did not delivered anything but showing status is delivered. I complain on same day when they changed the status as delvered agains the order no.[protected]w
But they still only say that "we are initiating refund" but they did not initiat anything. This kind of calls i have recieved 2-3 times from jio mart but actually they are not initiating...
