Dear sir
I have booked a courier documents on 03.05.2022 from GWALIOR to Mumbai.
But even after 15 days the document is not received by the recipient.
The document no. Is [protected].
After talking to your person they misbehaving and not replying properly.
Very poor service; can you please check and revert me and take action against the responsible person for this?

See the difference between utitsl and nsdl service.......
1) nsdl provides the couriers detail with document number while utitsl does not.
2) NSDL customer service is bette than utitsl as i saw during my pan card application.
3) You can apply the pan application online in NSDL while utitsl does not.
4) utitsl delhi branch do not response against any complaint fax or call...
