No customer service technical sent for resolving the WIFI cable issue
I had logged a complaint for WiFi not working and they told me that it is a physical damage detected so a technician will reach your house to repair but even after calling 3 times from 1 month my WiFi is not repaired. After calling they say they will send a technician but no one has come to repair the WiFi cable or check.

Everyday internet issue,no one picks call

I have been facing this trouble since a month but everyday getting same answer will fix.I am loosing my work and getting hamper to communicate with my clients.If thjs3 issue is not taken in priority.
i will surely now raise a case to consumer court no matter how much i have to spend money.As i already lost lots of money due to so many issues

No Speed

I have taken a plan of 10MBPS and paid Rs.7300/ for 3months.. I get speed like 0.4MBPS download speed and When I'm luck the speed goes upto 0.8-1MPBS only.. What kind of broadband company this joister is.. They are exploiting and looting the customers.. Their customer care never picks call and if they pick the call they just make false promises of fixing the network connectivity in a day.. Its been 2 months and still they have not fixed my issue.. Please look into this fake company..

Dear joister team,
Firstly please be apprise of the fact that i am being in relation with joister for almost 2 years, and since this year i am facing serious continuous service issues, my broadband connection is getting disconnected or not working. I have logged several complains but issues remains unresolved.
It seems that the joister no longer works in way of providing services to its clients, and hence i demand refund of my subscription charges.
The refund is towards as follows
1. For each day when broadband connection was not working. Refer my complain history and log history.
2. Compensation for hardship which i, my family, friends and my maid suffered.
3. Breach of covenant of providing regular uninterrupted broadband services.
Please note, i am putting this as a official correspondence to you and i demand my subscription fees refund within 3 working days, failing to which i will be constrained to take this up legally on a judiciary forum. Nonetheless joister, it's directors and promoter shall be sole responsible for all legal, liquidated and litigation cost and expenses.

We had experienced most pathetic internet service. Not just that the link remained down so often but also poor support response. Now when we have demanded cancellation and refund of our money, the company has no spine to request apology, above that we get decline letter to issue refund. Why should we continue a contract with such horrible service and support. We want cancellation and our money back.

Joister pathetic broadband

Initially, i was searching for good service provider in place of third class rajesh-hathway in powai. after extensive search for an sp, i came to know about joister broadband last year and i opted for their services and recommended to my colleagues as well. after few months o[censored]sage i start witnessing their same level of competence as i encountered with rajesh hathway for almost 3 years. suddenly, they stops their service for almost 3-4 days in stretch and their pathetic customer care is unanswerable for hours. you keep on calling them and their shameless telecallers dont dare to answer your calls and if by god forbidden they pickup then tehy are completely clueless whether service in your area is on halt or not, typical answers they give "sir technicians are working and till afternoon/evening it may get resolve"... :d :) hahahahahahahahahaha. now how funny and stupid it sounds that the broadband service provider team itself doen't know the status of connectivity of the internet in their service areas.
On top of that they never share no's of their seniors at all [its like their seniors are agents of raw and if they revel their identity then it will be dangerous to their life.
Finally, i recommend users dont ever go for this cheap, pathetic, third class company for your broadband needs rather go for mtnl (govt org but trust worthy specially until if some serious problem is their the network wont stops), airtel (if they provide service in your area), hathway (from direct us based hathway group not rajesh-pathetic-hathway sply in powai), youbroadband (gd part is that they are on whatsapp and will be available in case you face any problem and provide you estimated time of resolution)

My user id with the service provider is "huzefas" (email - shakir.[protected]@gmail.com). i have pre-paid for 1 year service starting from april 2016. internet stops working frequently and on an average is not functional 2-3 days every week. calls made to their grant road office are never answered. now my broadband internet is not working since 5th july, for which i have registered a complaint with the head office but to no help. i want my money back and also the compensation for the loss i have suffered.

I took joister internet but i dint got speed at all. So i cancel my internet connection and they promised me that they will give my cheque in a 15 days.
But now almost 2 month, they dint give me money, when i call them they dint give me a proper answer and says ull get your cheque with in 2 days.
Please look in to this matter becoz i am not the one who face this problem, my many friends is having the same issue.

Main Company Branch is in Mumbai

Opted for the service on the 5th of Feb in Mumbai St.Cruz West. A sales person my the name of Indrajeet attends to me(Mobile:+91 [protected]), takes my 3 month payment and has now gone silent. No one has bothered to come to setup my connection and it's 3 days now. The sales person Indrajeet disconnects my calls(made probably 25-30 calls to him) The contact center gives false assurances and hopes and not once have called back. I have been duped! I have been living in Mumbai for the last 7 years and least did I know that I would encounter fraud after 7 years. I do not know what to do. Can someone please advice me?
