Sir, I have submitted Crievance ref no DDESW/E/2014/01958 dated 05/11/2014 requesting for Corrediuam PPO for my No 643209 F EX.SGT Vasudevan (Ex-IAF). I have received above said letter without PPO copy attachment. ( where as this covering letter says PPO copy attached). Then I called Jt.CDA office on his telephone no[protected] on 14/01/2015/ at 11:27 talk to concerned person he said they do the need to send the PPO. As I did not get the copy I have also send email to them. Till date no answer.
