Ordered a bag, received no shipping details or update after that, order JV0001967

2 emails sent but no response from customer care...

I placed an order for a baguette bag on the 6th of January 2021. The only mail I received after placing an order was stating that my amount has been paid to Fashion street which is weird as I placed my order on Juneberry Vittorio website. I didn't receive any order details and haven't recieved the order yet obviousllyyyy.
I've mailed them several times but no response has been received. Legal actions should be taken against this website...

I ordered some clothes from teh site on 18th Jan (Order JV0003413)
havent still recieved an update on shipping or delivery. the site says that the product will be sent in 5 days. i have written to the customer care as well but no response yet....

I had ordered an night wear on 5th Jan, 2021 and dropped many mails to them still i didnt get any response, nor any action taken by them. There is no clue to track the status of the product ordered about when it will be delivered. Plz refund my money or send my order on give address...

Hi, I've purchased products of more than Rs. 2000+ from this website. But the site offers no tracking for the shipment nor any updates regarding the purchases made.
It's been a week still there is no confirmation for the same.
There is no contact information only an email which provides no responses....

I placed an order on 17th jan 2021 but there is no information regarding the status of my order. There is no response from their help and contact email address and there is no contact number or any other way of communication given. Clearly its a fraud website which is cheating people. I placed an order on 7th jan 2021. this site has no cod option that's why i made a payment before purchasing it. Now it's almost about a month now and i have started to received fraud reviews about this site....

It’s a fake website. Placed an order for 359 Rs. No correspondence from their side, no update. Sent a mail to the registered email id but no reply. It has been about a week . Even though I paid through paytm. These doubtful agencies should be thoroughly scrutinised before being registered on legitimate payment platforms....

How do I cancel it and get refund of my payment?
I'm afraid they have my debit card bank details and might sell the information to others.
