I have ordered one item but returned due to fitting issue.. even after 15 days no refund and now there number is also not working but i saw kurties Are showing on some other sites .. same people are doing fraud with other name .. not sure who can help ..plz dont buy with unauthorized sides ..

Kajol kuti is fraud people. do not buy anything I have returned two kurtis a month ago and they still have not returned my money and it has been almost like a month I have been trying to contact to them with no answers and now number is showing busy.

I ordered one dress 11 July 2020. I returned it. But upto I have not got my refunds. It approx 1 month but no any update. Customer care is complete fake. Order no #kk1151369. Order date July 11.

They are doing fraud with customer by not refunding money.

I have ordered 2 kurtis from kajalkurti on 16 november and returned them due fitting issues. The reverse order was timely placed and pickup was also done the next day.
Sinc then iam continuously contacting the customer support team but they don't seem to care. I have called them for more than 12 times in last 25 days.
Till date no refund has been made in the wallet. Status also displays pickup pending.

I have ordered kurti on 14th oct, 2019 (My order id is #kk1034085) for my wife from kajalkurti.com through their mobile application. We have returned the same on 23rd october due to fitting issue. After that, i have started chasing their support team on call/whatsup/facebook but nobody is responding. They don't even have courtesy to reply on my request. Almost 16 days have been passed since my return request placed and still no response from them. I assume that they are cheating people by taking order and not responding.

I have been a frequent user on other popular portals like myntra, flipkart and amazon but they are very serious and professional about giving services to their customer.

I want kajalkurti owner to read this compliant and review their internal services if he/she is not aware about the same. Kajalkurti is very unprofessional ppl and hence i would request other ppl for not to buy from them. They always give comment if you appreciate their product but when i have posted on their portal, nobody even cares to response. Very pathetic and unprofessional.

I would request the concern authority to do the needful asap..
