Very unsatisfied with the tiles of kajaria ... The tiles which I bought is soo poor in quality it always stays *dirty* .I have wasted soo many tiles cleaner suggested by the kajaria tiles supplier but still it stays dirty . It's been around 1 year I have purchased it and I have problem with this since one year itself. Just after we applied tiles on floor since day one it is dirty plus it started *broking* from same places and our paint work is going on the very recent sparkle of primer is not removing the workers spent 2-3 hours on small area even then it didn't got clean and the main thing is that even it get stains of water after drying . Please note that we have asked all these questions before buying to the supplier like does it slip ? Does its Matt finish stays ? How to clean it ? Can we use soap cleaning ? How is the quality? Is it suitable for exterior? Is it fresh product and long lasting good quality? Does it stain by water or rusting etc etc ... And still we are facing the problem dirty, paint, rust, water, broken etc ... It's not a big spam of time when through and we are facing these issues since day one people are laughing please do the needful provide resolutions like change it with applying, refund with the applying charges like majduri, our get it clean permanently.

We purchased 5 box of above item, 3 boxes are same as we chooses but other 2 boxes are different. Which are making our design worst.

There's a bend in every corner of the tile making it look uneven and ugly. Expensive but low quality. Wastage of money. Recommend not to buy kajaria floor tile....

I request everyone reading my message kindly think twice before purchasing kajaria tiles I bought 2200 Sq feet for home but it made my whole home look ugly

Types are getting yellow and black in colour but we don't use any type of chemical in the tiles example like flies all or any type of phenyl don't use in the tiles while cleaning the home with a cloth

I have purchased 39 box K=4061 U tiles from laksmi ceramics.Found that three tiles were broken while opening the box.
Please replace the broken tiles...

I have fitted kajaria tiles 60×120cm hd ceramic tiles.. in 1200 sq. Feet area . After 10 days of fitting the tiles i found that the whole tiles have many stains and tiles are rough .

I've purchased almost 5k-6k sq ft tiles in March 2021, all products quality are ok but the floor tiles of which quantity is highest, its quality is really very bad. I got to know the fact after washing them finally after the paint and finishing work. It's cost is around Rs.60-62/sq ft and with such high rated brand it's very bad to have such experience. I won't sit idle as every 3rd or 4th tile is defected and I'll file the case in consumer forum also.

I bought kajeria tiles 2 month ago
after fitting the tiles seems to be bent
the same fitter has installed the kitchen wall tiles that are ok
but the tiles bought named (verona crema) are totally bend
the side edges does not get match

It is stated that i have fixed wall tiles in my house but after two months two tiles come off then i complaint to the agency, suggested me fix tiles with aeralight & feviquick. But after few months more tiles come off from different places. Two days ago my father was working in the courtyard suddenly two more tiles come off and father had narrow escape as the tiles almost pass through his head. Kindly suggest me to resolve my problem.

So this is the story of so called No.1 in India and 8th largest tiles manufacturer in the world.How this big companies are fooling you, in anyway they can. If you don't have knowledge about tiles you will be caught in their big blunder system.

I purchased vitrified floor tiles from a big kajaria showroom, and chooses the best tiles for my home, total 30 packets(each packet 4 tiles), cost of one packet is around ₹850/-

Now here is the catch on that packet they have written item code/grade/shade/date of mfg/shift. All 30 packets were having same shade number which means all should have same and equal shade, but no 22 packet which were manufactured in 2021 were white shaded and rest 8 dull shade which can be easily seen if you compare both the tiles by putting them side by side. By just seeing single tiles you cannot judge.

Now the dealer is saying its not their fault, in my whole drawing room the tiles are mixed and which is giving very bad look.

I bought Kajaria tiles two months ago. And from that date when the flooring was done there were many stains on the tiles. And that stains are not going even after regerous cleaning and efforts. My grandmother expired due to which I was unable to file this complaint. And now again when we have started the flooring work, I want to file a complaint against the quality of the product and claim refund .

I purchased tiles from Kajaria Bottocino Satin 1200 X 1200 and also other Kajaria tiles like Milano rock, Armani gris, Metal platinum over 3000 Sq.Feet. Many of tiles are crack & damaged. I requested to Kajaria help to visit the techanical person to sort out this issue immediately. We are really frustrated to due to worst quality of Kajaria tiles after paid huge amount of money.

I already raised the complainant through customer care number and complainant ref No is 9204 but till any input not received and also any one not visited the site. I have already stopped the work more than a month ago I I m till waiting for any inputs but company as well as dealer not interested to help the user.
I hereby requested to arrange a site visit by experts and resolve the matter please.

I baugh kajaria tiles from sararwati marble rewari which is authorised dealer of kajaria, during delivery 42 packets 4 returned suspected of crack but during unpacking 20 pieces found crack or chip off from edges out of 40 pieces and 44 pieces are not unpacked yet
I compaint to dealer as well as kajaria but no action

Ours showroom inaugurated on 17 december, and tiles installed by november.
Within 30 /45 days there were black spots on tiles

When complaint, company official refused to accept same and told us that white tiles needs high maintenance and are not ready to except issue

They were not ready to share mail id of any higher official

Very non professional behavior one payment made

First the dealer send the wrong tiles, when asked for the replacement they denied it and
Started argument on the phone and the person come in front of my home to start a quarrel started threatening.
Horror, dreadful, humiliating experience with ' kajaria ambiance bhubaneswar. I do not want to come across with them for buying any material.
This kind of bullying treatment i have never ever experienced.
Their arrogant, dictatorship behavior is giving me a hell
I'm afraid i have to be at their mercy and dance to their tunes since i had paid my hard earned money to them and i have to get something in return.
Never ever step by that side.

We bought 4x4 (1200x1200) royal dyna marble tech tiles for around rs. 2, 00, 000 for our newly built home from dharan tiles, salem, tamilnadu. Since the tiles are large in size, we were not able to check them beforehand for the patterns and labors started laying them. After half-of them were layered, we noticed that the colors of the tiles were not in common i. E. One of them is too dark, one of them is very light, one of them is with a varying grains, one of them is with same grain but different in color etc.

Once we noticed this, informed dharan tiles, salem and one of the kajaria sales executive came on-site and checked. He mentioned that 2 other peoples will come and check however now no one came till now and no solution were provided. I would not suggest to go with kajaria brand tiles if you are planning to spend some good amount of your hard earned money. Dharan tiles says that it is kajaria's problem however we didn't get any update from kajaria as well - not sure whom to contact to get this looked upon and resolved.

If we need to replace/redo all again then it will be a nightmare as we have to remove tiles laid around, which will cause wastage to all the materials. Since we are in the middle of flooring, keeping labors idle is not a solution as we will have to pay them, which increases the cost again. Such a bad experience with one of the largest selling brands in india. Never expected this kind of service as well as faulty product with no customer service.

Horror, dreadful, humiliating experience with 'hitesh tiles, kalyan' has made me the name 'kajaria' i do not want to come across in my life.
Hardships can happen but this kind of bullying treatment i have never ever experienced.

They purposely pretending not having entire stock for delivery and sending partial stock and you have to bare the transport charges, labor charges twice, sometime thrice, as entire order could be deliver in a single go. They are having multiple tie up/links with local vendors for transportation and this leads to delay in work.

The behavior towards customer is not good.. I have purchased kajaria tiles for my home more than 2 lakh rs. Today 20 jan 2019 i went to show room to purcahse tile which i need to complete my whole tile work. But they refuses to give me tile. That tiles in their stock. But told me it is not in their stock and company had stopped production of that tiles. The owner ori marble sitting in showroom dont know how to treat customer. License should be banned from such dealer. It is affecting the brand name of kajaria. I requested a order but he even dont know how to deal with customer. Please suggest any other dealer name from where i can get tiles that i hav purcahsed before. I request company to remove dealership with such people whose attitude towards customer is very bad, its affecting the brand of kajaria...

This is to inform you that, i ranjeet kumar from adityapur, jamshepur, jharkhand purchase kajaria tiles (300 x 450 mm) from a seller "buildmat traders pvt. Ltd." jamshedpur. While affixing the same it is found that 4 to 5 tiles are in irregular shape and size which is not affixing properly on my walls.

I also complained regarding this issue but the seller did not entertained. So i requested to refund my full money or replace my affected tiles with new one.

I ordered 31 box of 2x2 double charge 6223 prm form maa bhagwati traders a galaxy showroom of kajaria tiles, they have send me 31 boxes of tiles out of which 10 boxes of these tiles are of different shades and these tiles were not premium it has bends and in remaining boxes one or two tiles were got broken.
I paid them for premium and they gave me color difference, broken and 3rd class tiles.
The galaxy showroom is cheating on their customers.
We are purchasing tiles as it is considered to be reknowned brand but after this experience i personally feel that kajaria is a name only other tiles company are providing much better tiles and services to their consumers.

I talked to the trader his response was not positive towards addressing the problem. Kindly resolve the issue and change my defected and broken tiles else i have to go to consumer court.

The behavior towards customer is very rude. The owner rakesh sitting in showroom dont know how to treat customer. License should be banned from such dealer. It is affecting the brand name of kajaria. I requested a order but he even dont know how to deal with customer. Please suggest any other dealer name from where i can get order. It is intimated taht i have purchased kajaria primimum white tiles in the month of jan 2017. Many black spotted found in kajaria primimum white tiles. You are requested to investigate the matter and give the suitable reason or replacement the tiles at the earliest. You are also requested to take personally interest in my case. It is also inform to you i am a government employee.

I had ordered tiles with kajaria eternity, bajaj marbles, sector 20, dwarka. Almost 60% of the 1'*2' tiles were broken. One tile with which was ordered to be water cut n delivered had chipping in three tiles. Three items r yet to be delivered. I have been running since 13th aug but all in vein. I think i have done the worst decision of going for kajaria. Pls look into the matter on urgent basis as the work in my flat is getting hampered and i have been paying the labour just to sit idle as we hope everyday that the tiles will be delivered and they again postpone it to next day. I am disappointed.

I am writing this with great anguish and disappointment to bring to your notice that some of your products are of very poor quality and simply defy the good image that your brand has.

We had purchased the ‘latest’ kajaria tiles 800x1200mm– satin finish – for our apartment in upscale pioneer park located at golf course extn road, gurgaon. However, the tiles are of sub-standard quality with surface undulations, especially near the joints & also there color variation between tiles from different boxes. While we do realize that the tiles should be laid with spacers – but these being digitally printed italian stone ‘bottochino’ look-alikes – the idea of having spacers is simply self-defeating. The whole experience has been very disappointing for us. This makes us wonder whether it is really worth spending money on a well-known brand like kajaria if we are getting low quality products that may have been bought at much lower prices from the unbranded ones.

Secondly, i have ordered a few tiles (4 boxes) on last monday i. E 5th june which are yet to come. I have been following up daily only to hear that they shall be delivered the next day which has still not come and yesterday when i called up for the status i was told that the tiles were out of stock at kajaria and hence the delay

I would request if you can send someone from your team to our site and get this inspected and suggest a solution to this.

After having purchased a consignment of tiles from Kajaria it was discovered that 75% of them were defective - rough, undulated, non-standardised and not uniform. Despite agreeing to exchange it for a new set of tiles, the agent argued and said that it was against company policy to exchange defective tiles. It is against their company policy to exchange ruined products but it is not against their policy to sell them to customers. All they care about is sealing the deal and close the books. The agent was hostile, impolite and acting like he was doing a favour by even listening to us. So much for "Kajaria - Transform your world", sure your world will be transformed, so much so that you'd wish you'd never entered into any sort of transaction with this cheat, money-making scandal sham of a company.
