I purchased a Karbonn K570 mobile from Homeshop18 vide order no 33617635 on 1st May, 2011 and the handset was delivered promptly on 6th May 2011.
On receiving the handset I observed that the date of import was Jan 2010 that is more than 1 year old. I also found that the audio quality was poor , there was no call volume control and 0 and # buttons were not working.
