Pls ban Kasturi fashion

They are selling on instagram as Anvi_designer_house

They not answering for refund.. Pls take immediate action...

We have purchased a designer party wear saree from Kasturi Fashion also known by Zara Fashion Studio but they delivered a wrong product instead of that. They have acclaimed 15 days return and refund but now when we are asking for the return they are not replying anymore in Whatsapp or Instagram. Please help me in the return or refund of the product.

I recently ordered from avni_designer_house.
But the order was little different from the reel I saw on the Instagram. And also size was too loose for me.

So I texted them and asked for return and refund. At the time of ordering she was very sweet that after receiving you can text me if you have any problem so I did so she asked what happed I replied and then she said ki return request daal di hai 15 days me return...

I ordered from Kasturi Fashion a indo western dress.The quality of the product is not upto the mark...the product is defective.They are not responding my call for return request.Please help

I have received small size product. Now when I am asking the Instagram page (pretty_lady_fashion)to return my product they are not replying to my messages.

Earlier they mentioned they have easy 15 days return policy. Please I request the authority concerned to take strict action against fraud pages like this on social media. still faking that they will return but no action taken .

This Kasturi Fashion is FRAUD. They delivered the wrong size lehenga and which we ordered from there Instagram page (fashion_vlogs_ethnic) now they are not responding for refund. They are real cheaters.

I reported there Instagram page as Fraud and Cheaters and I request others also to do the same....

I have received very long sized product. Now when I am asking the Instagram page (i_need_more_dres)to return my product they are not replying to my messages.

I have ordered a lehenga set and done the payment of Rs 2500 via gpay. I ordered on Instagram channel named Sonali Fashion Studio. Now the delivery person is asking again for the Cash on Delivery. I tried contacting the Instagram account but she didnt reply, I am trying since last 3-4 days but no response. I also tried calling the gpay account number to whom i have paid but she is also not picking up my call. The UPI account details are as follows: [protected], Shaikh Ziya. Now, I am trying to contact on the phone number [protected], provided in the Bluedart tracking page. But they are also not responding, i have called several number of times. But no response. This is my hard earned money, please help me in this regard.

Following my complaint here I received a call today from [protected] by a person named Sumit Malhotra who claimed to initiate my refund by giving some voucher code and instead of receiving the refund 45, 900 and 20, 000 were deducted from my bank account
Please keep such frauds in check and help me get my money back

They are bloody fraud, not returning my money back, I ordered dress from @hatke_fashion, from insta they, they gave me completely useless product, now they are not replying even, they said it will be 15 days return policy, please take a strict action against them and do return my money back its 2150/-

I ordered a chaniya choli from them and they said it will be fully stitiched but they sent a poor quality fabric and it was totally unstitched. Now they aren’t responding to my messages. I had placed an order on 29th Sep wherein the order I received on 3rd Oct with incorrect size M instead of XL after following up on the same chat where they took the order on Instagram through lehenga trends there is absolutely no response. There phone no. also doesn’t work now I am worried about the money I spent and having the wrong size delivered to me

I feel they are fraud and if my issue can be addressed it will be great as I am sure it’s a learning to not fall for such sites on Instagram

I have received an oversized product from the kasturi fashions shop. I have ordered the dress from Instagram page (the_indian_libaas) . Earlier they said they have 15 days easy return policy now they are not even responding to my messages.

I request the authority concerned to take strict action against this instagram page as well as the kasturi fashions shop so that they cannot countinue this online fraud on social media anymore....
