Not getting tatkal reservation , worst experience

Address:Katpadi junction, Sundargarh, Odisha

Its 10th nov, i wanted to go home before diwali . i was trying tatkal reservation from 4 days but not able to get one . even if i come early at 8 am there is no line and reservation tokens are given at different times every day. The fourth day i came at 8am to be the in the line and i get to know that tokens are already issued at 7:30 am, still i was standing at 1st, they said to go back . this isn't bad but the worst experience ever in my...

Toilet

Address:Ravikumar,Davangere,577003 avargere,

When we come to 15 people night 2:30am we search puplec toilet, that is closed, then we go to public waiting hall toilet room nowater suply...sheet sham of the station mangement.....

Parking

This is to bring to light the lack of public parking at Katpadi railway station. While the taxis have overrun one half, the auto rickshaws have taken over the other half....

Complain - Water vending machine

Address:Katpadi station

As you can see that in photos its clearly mentioned that for 5litre water the cost is only Rs20. But they are charging Rs25 even when i have my own bottle.

So i request you to kindly look into this. Photos are attached....

Dear Sir,

This is to bring it to your notice that the auto-rickshaw drivers create a huge nuisance within the premises of the Katpadi junction station. As soon as a passenger descends from the steps a huge swarm (10 - 12) of the drivers surround and nag the passengers without even giving them a chance to think or utter a word. This is specially embarrassing and irritating to women passengers like me who commute alone often....

enquiry problem

hi,
this complaint s to highlight the negligence found in picking up the phone for enquiry details in KATPADI railway station in tamilnadu. there s no proper enquiry desk in the railway station. and whenever you cal to 131 there s no one to pick up the phone. its creates a great in inconvenience to the passenger who want to know the details regarding the train....
