We have invested 2 lakh rupees in the gold scheme. When can we get are money back sir. I have my marriage in 2 months. Please respond sir. We invested it 2 years back with a guarantee of 100 gms of gold. It is very important for my wedding or it will be a great loss for my family and we were dependent on it. My wedding cannot happen with out this. Please help us.

Kerala fashion Jewellery -gold bond scheme launched 3 years before . now they closed all the showrooms at chennai . right now, we unable to contact them. recently News channel also telecasted. but flash news only. no details news are broadcasted. Might be media calm down.

pls take necessary action against this fraudulent activity and recover the same.

I have taken the gold loan by pledging my gold 2 years back, emi starting from august 2017 (Exact date not known) and i have completed the loan, but they extended the date for closure. Even after several visits to anna nagar and mylapore branch, my loan has not been closed. They extended the dates for more than 6 months and still they have not closed my account. Initially they said they have ordered for gold coins as per my request and said it will take one month time to receive. After one month they said, still the gold coins have not been received. Again after the shop visit they said they are going to settle all accounts soon either by giving gold or money. Then i visited mylapore head office branch, they said it will be solved by december 1st week. Then it got extended to december 15 and then by end of december. I got the message from sunil cheriyan that they are going to settle the loan by partially/completely starting from january. But after that no response. I have tried to contact the anna nagar and mylapore branch, but no one attended the calls in both locations. Is there any other way to get my money back? I am from low middle class family, i have pledged my daughters jewel due to some unavoidable circumstances. Can anyone help me on this?

Sir, last 2 years back 40 grams against 75000 loan taken in this shop till now i am 17 due paid total 96000 rs worh gold paid . yesterday i am going to shop not refunded my gold and my money please kindly help my current conditions is very bad, shop is empty and KFJ shop almost all shops closed mylapore branch only open item of material not available at shop kindly help me sir

I am investment money in your gold scheme 20feb 2017 and paid rs.84000 for 14th installment i want to take my amount or buy gold but i heard your in financial crisis, we are investing small amount in your organisation belief that you are trusted business man but now we are struggle to get the amount from you and please let me know when assured to pay back my amount, planning to lodge the complaint also on this

We joined monthly jewellery savings scheme 2015 for rs.2000 and by aug 2017 we converted it to bond of gold scheme with an additional payment of 55950/- for 50 grams. Total amount is 99950 for 50grams. Our bond matures on august 2020. On hearing the news in various channels we are in shock and feel cheated. We have been buying from kfj for nearly 2 decades. Now seeing empty shop in news and people with bounced cheques we lost the trust with kfj. Kindly repay us our hard earned money.

I have joined this scheme in 13.5.2017 by paying 2 lakh. I heard they are cheating the customers by not paying the money and gold. My locking period is 3 years and i'm suppose to buy on the month of june 2020. I need my money back or else gold. I kept calling the branches but they are not picking the phone. Please consider this as urgent and do the needful.

This complaint is regarding kfj gold scheme and i had invested one lakh rupees on 17 april 2018 for a 50 gram gold to be matured on 17th april 2021. I heard through tv news couple of days back that kfj is no longer honoring their commitment and they have closed all their offices in chennai.

I am a retired person with no income. This is the investment i had done for my daughters wedding. Please help me resolve this and oblige.

This complaint is regarding kfj bond of gold scheme. I paid rs.40000 and i have booked 20 grams of gold @ rs.1999/- on 25th august 2017 under this scheme and my maturity date is 25th august 2020 which is the locking period.
