The bus drivers donot allow students to enter the bus. Only passengers who pay full charge areballowed to enter. Farook college is the main centre of mainly 2 schools and college. Students have to go by other means to home as bus donot stop. The conductors behave aggressively towards students and harass them when they enter the bus. They make sure that students are occupying the seats and force them to stand up. Even if saturday is a working day, they donot consider the students pass.

Sir, when this bus stopped at my stop i placed my one legs on one of the steps in the bus. Actually i am a college student, so i have my st. For only this reason they took the bus immediately without taking me. And i fell down. Even though they just took the bus. This bus is always like this. They hate students. They misbehave to students. Sir please take a proper action.

My sister got mentally and verbally harassed in a bus when she was going to her school from omanoor to chelary via kondotty. Bus name is polaris starting from edavannappara to chelari via kondotty. The bus conductor dropped her in the middle of the journey on the way to her school in chelary. She verbally harassed with conductor and words he used was sexually harassed her. Daily this is happening, She is mentally out now and she is not ready to go to school due to the misbehave of the conductor. We don’t know what to do and where to complaint

Today i happened to board bus (Kl 40 5286) from ernakulam to kakkanad during noon time where there were heavy traffic. The driver was driving very rashly overtaking the vehicle through the right side even during traffic jam which resulted in heavy traffic jam. Also they were not stopping near bus stops on left but to the far right and making passengers to cross road to board bus it they wanted to get in the bus. This is not limited to this one bus but majority of buses and even other vehicles too. They know that they won't get in trouble as no one cared about rules. As no-one punishes them. Small steps at a time causes big changes. Someone or anyone should take these small steps.

I used to travel in bus running from ernakulam-thammanam route. The named "national" was the bus i used to travel somwtimes and the conducted is behaving very arrogent way. One day when i used to enter into the bus, he disagreed me to enter into the bus as they wanna go hurry. He told me that please pick up another bus. Then what is the use of bus??

Sir.. Iam a degree student and i reside at enchackal, trivandrum. I have to travel in two private buses each to reach college from my home and to return. I belongs to a financially backward family and student concession is a great relief for me. I have my student concession card dated till 31/05/19 (As per my academic schedule) issued by rto, thiruvananthapuram. But the conductor in a private bus named "saroma" (Kl 01 bv 2214) is not giving me this concession after march 31st and i'm forced to bear an extra burden of taking ordinary tickets daily. Many other buses are still providing the concession. As he is denying the basic rights of many such students, i kindly request you to take immediate action against him and concerned ones and please ensure our rights.

Sir.. Iam a student from calicut.. I was travelling from calicut to my destination after the cls in a private bus named “pkt" (Kl-11, bf 8315) and me and my friend was sitting in the bus and the conductor said us to give the seat to other people.. We argued with him that students have the right to sit and travel in the bus and said we are not ready to quit the seat.. But he started to abuse us in public by scolding and make us quit the seats.. I used to travel in this bus almost every day.. And every time he behaved with me like this... Sir please take immediate action against him and make him aware that students also have the right to sit during travel... Plsssssssss sirrrrrrrrrrrrr...

Sir/ma'am, i am a student of kendriya vidyalaya kadavanthara. I reside at vennala, palarivattom. I hire two private busses from my school to reach home. And also, i avail my right of student concession. Today (23.02.2019) i happened to hire the second bus from vyttila (Kl 57 e 7833) which was plying to edapally. After i paid 2 rupees, the conductor in the bus started abusing me with his words. He asked for my id and i gave it to him without any hesitation after which he made me get insulted in front of many people. I don't really know whether i have a voice. Kl57g3406 bus was driving in a very rash manner on[protected] causing threat to the nearby vehicles. It was by a very close call that we escaped from an accident by this vehicle. The driver was in no way concerned about the traffic of the area and was trying to overtake every other vehicle. This could have caused an accident if the other drivers werent extra careful. This is the not the first time that i have seen bus drivers driving like they own the road. Please take a serious action against this complaint.

When i travel during ambatukavu to pallimukku this morning, above bus driver stoped the journey on ernakulam sauth and condoctor told us we will arrange all of you another bus from here and drop all us in sauth bus stop, immediately bus turned and conductor escaped on the same bus without arrange us another bus,

Conductor doesn't know the charge of traveling destination, and taking the amt he want or what amt customer tells, which is higher. When we are telling the destination he will tell you should take ticket by telling the amt. Am not a regular traveller. How i know the amt? He teased in front of all customers inside the bus. One more thing i noticed front door is not closing properly. Door locking system is complaint. It's opens when bus is...

This is a complaint against buses in vypin.in vypin overtaking of buses is too much. It is one of the cause of accident in this area. The overtaking is there even at night and when it rain. Today it cause me a small accident to me. Thanks to god as it doesn't cause much to me. One bus overtook a car from my opposite side as there was not enough space my scooter toppled down to the sand by the side.

Me and husband have booked a bus - kallada travels (Bus no 2750)- from chennai to kochi on[protected]. Actually i am traveling in the same bus now.

Meanwhile the journey i requested the driver to stop somewhere in between the route because i wanted to use the restroom. He was so rude and told me that he will not stop. Even though many restrooms are there including petrol bunks, he asked me to go into the darkness and do whatever i want.

I request you to take necessary action against the bus driver and other person incharge.

Today 3/10/2018, in the morning i got into a bus to go to my class. But the conductor did not allow me to be seated saying that i cant be seated in a mens seat when we clearly know that it was a general seat and anybody can sit in it. There was lots of seats available and he didnt let me be seated and also embarrassing me in front of fellow passengers. The cruelty of conductors towards us students have to stop. I have noted the bus no it is, kl 02 y 799. Please take the necessary action.

I started my journey from jawaharlal stadium, kaloor.. Taken ticket to fortkochi veli 17rs.. (Bus-sevens, route - aluva fortkochi)... By reaching naval base conductor driver told to get down and enter to another bus named "kochin wheelz" this bus dropped us til thopumpady in..

Dear Sir,

I am 65 Year old senior citizen. We have boarded the bus from Palarivattam. They have issued the ticket from Kaloor.

They have displayed limited board and not allowed the passengers to board for getting down in between. As to my knowledge there is no limited stop concept for pvt buses. This is the regular practice of some Pvt buses.

They did not stop at Kizhakkambalam stop. Which put me to walk about half a Kilo meter. As a senior citizen it is difficult.

Please look into the matter and take necessary care so that such incidents does not recur. I request you to award appropriate compensation.

I think your strike is somewhat very meaningless. Once your demands were accepted by our government and had consented to increase the charges. Your demand to increase the minimum charge of students is very illogical one. Stufent's concession is not the beneficence, it their right to claim it. Your strike is always make people suffer. You are ruining the future of many students who goes to school by means of buses... So it will be grateful if you withdraw from the strike.

I traveled with my family on a bike at 7:30 pm, thrikkakara, pipeline. A car was on our opposite right which was not giving space for the bus behind it to overtake. Even then the bus overtook the car leaving no space for our bike to pass through. Though god saved us, why dont they stress their ethics on protecting lifes. My life is not much less important than the bus needing to overtake the car.

Complaint is against bus no. Kl39 d6822, i got on board near panampilly nagar, and had taken a ticket to vyttila. The bus didn't stop at the bus stop as i was the lone passenger to get down at that stop and as the bus was busy trying to get past the traffic signal at vyttila. I had heavy luggage in my hand, and when i asked them to stop at vyttila, the driver was rude, the conductor reluctantly stopped. Before i got down off the bus, the driver took the bus off and went. I almost tripped down as the bus took off before my feet touched the ground. Hope necessary action will be taken against the same.

I have a sister who is a student and amrita institute and she got into a private bus registered with the number kl 41 b 6695 (Name : devasudha) from kaloor.
She asked for a ticket toppalluruthy and the conductor informed it is not possible to give st to students till palluruthy. (The incident happened on 24/08/2017, aprox 16.00 ist). When she demanded for an explanation why it cannot be given, the conductor started yelling at her and informed he is not willing to give till palluruthy and if she is not ready to pay she needs to get out of the bus. Finally she had to give the amount to the conductor. Now this is a trend which i have been noticing from the time i was at school and i didn't have an option to complaint or was not aware of an option to do so. I am shocked to see this is still following. I have registered the same on the whatsapp number for complaint registration but i do not seem to get an acknowledgement, i request you to please take necessary actions and if possible to let me know about the progress as well please.

Today after my class when i stepped in to a bus to kakkanad from kaloor, the conductor commanded me to step out, and he also told me that if i wanted to travel i should take a full ticket instead of students ticket. When i didn't agree to him he started shouting on me as if i did something cruel. He also compelled me to get out of the bus. Please take this issue seriously as there are many such issues are happening...

The bus st. Stephens kl-05-an-2650 ernakulam - kottayam. We complained the conductor regarding the gents travelling in ladies seats as we were standing and also we had to travel a long distance. The conductor without any concern said that we can ask them the seat if we want. And we asked the men for the seat they didnt even bother to listen to us.. There were many ladies standing even though anyone including the conductor was not bothered on offering seats for the ladies. This is not the first time we are experiencing this rude behaviour from conductors and also the gents. There were 5 ladies seats occupied by gents.

I am sajna from kochi, who is to forced to lodge a complaint due to the conductors misbehaviour, as it was late evening and i was travelling alone. yesterday (08/07/16), friday i was travelling to kochi in a mattancherry bus. my stop was karuvelipady. when the bus reached my stop, i was the only person to get off, but since i was alone the conductor was not bothered to inform the driver to stop the bus. all the ladies in the bus were irritated by his behaviour and i had to get off at the next stop. kindly take this complaint seriously, as next time they should not behave like this to a lady who is travelling alone..

I am working in a software company in kakkanad, cochin, kerala. I travelled in a private bus on 3rd august 2015 whose name is Alankar. I boarded from kakkanad csez stop at 5.35pm to go to tripunitura railway station. People were asked to move back by the bus conductor and cleaner and I was at the rear end just near to the men. When the bus was reaching tripunitura railway bus stop, I was trying to move in the rush inorder to get down.But when I reached the door, he gave the bell and the bus started. I told the bus cleaner to give the bell so that I can get down. He dint do that and started shouting at me. He was telling that I was sitting till I reach the bus stop which was wrong instead I was standing throughout. I told him that I was managing to come out as I was at the rear end. The bus people has the habit of asking people to move to rear end which we are ready to obey. But they should also allow us to come out and get down at the bus stop itself. He asked me to get down at the next bus stop and literally yelled at me as if I asked him to stop at a point where there is no stop at all. I had to get the train and he was not listening at all, instead he is shouting as am a woman who cannot raise sound like a man. Finally, he made me get down far from the stop and I was running to get the train. I wanted this incident to be raised.Expecting necessary action from your side.
