Hello Sir/ Ma'am

I am writing this complaint right after witnessing a road accident just before my eyes and this for the 3rd time and I can't sit here for some one to die. Just because people don't die it didn't make the situation
less important authorities are not keeping their eyes shut against the public. Its been a weak without rain so what is the delay in reconstructing the roads.
I tried to call the PWD number given in the website of PWD but its not responding I tried to register a complaint in the website and the web page is not loading. My patience is on its verge. I don't understand why the authorities are so ignorant towards this critical situation as they are also a citizen and they are also travelling through this roads

In kerala, Alappuzha district from oachira to harippad road was horribly broken. My bike was in an accident due to road issues.
Please respond and resolve the issue immediately.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the pathetic state of road ODAKKALY TO PERUMBAVOOR(ALUVA- MUNNAR ROAD) For the last 2 months, the road has been almost impassable. We have made several complaints, but no action has been taken.

Subject: Bad condition of Roads

Sir

I would like to bring to your notice the bad condition of the roads in our area through this letter.

For the last Ten Years the road has been almost impassable. We have made several complaints to Ward Councillors in 10 Year. In 10 year only 50 Meter concreated without proper drainage. But the problem is being neglected for a long time. Main problem is road located in the border of Ward no. 16 and Ward no. 19 Tanur Municipality. The surface of the road is broken by the heavy rains. In Rain season half meter depth in water. This road only 500 meter its is the cross road of two main road. This Road contains 6 small branch roads, more than 100 Home entrance, Two schools, Asramam, Yoga centre, Anganavadi, etc... and many patients. The main problem is hired vehicles Auto, Taxi are not interested to pick a passenger so many big disease patients are very risky to travel hospital.
There is no proper drainage and the 50 year old drainage are blocked and the water flows out. So, the road gets flooded even after a slight rain. There are pot-holes on the road. The broken culvert is also a danger for vehicles.

The students and people are facing a lot of problems. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Sir, kindly help me to understand the issues related to pullazhy olari road work. We have 20 cents of land, out of which we will lose 2 cents as part of this puramboku notice. I have measured the land yesterday and realised this fact. Already we have constructed the wall as per the direction of village officials. Please note that puramboku land as marked by them is there infront of our property.

I have again requested the tahasil dhar to survey my property.
So i strongly belive that the survey conducted by the department is incorrect.

So i request you to kindly consider my petition..
And do the needful.
My property is at pullazhy village, Thrissur district .

I have not received any documents related to the survey. The survey department didn't inform us the survey details too.

Oru road was tared before 7 years .. Now it was so bad condition.. There is no reply from our panchayath. Please kindly help us

കോഴിക്കോട് ബൈപാസിൽ നിന്നും അത്തോളി ഭാഗത്തേക്ക് പൂളാടിക്കുന്ന് പുറക്കാട്ടിരി പാലം ഭാഗത്ത് പൂർണമായി ടാർ ചെയ്യാത്തതിനാൽ കുഴികൾ ഇപ്പോഴും ബാക്കിയാണ്. നടപടി ഉടൻ വേണമെന്ന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.

I would like to file a complaint against the pathetic condition of roads in Malappuram district. Its really sad to see people who give such a huge amount of tax and still struggling with the basic amenities. I saw people struggling with medical cases because of this disgusting roads. People loosing their life due to this roads that is commensurate with the denial of basic human rights. I would not only like to raise the issue but also to help to solve this issue.

I am from ward4 chengannur muncipality. We are facing acute drinking water shortage for the the last 2 months. Due to pipe leakage, KWA has closed the valve to our area, instead of repairing it. On repeated enquiry, KWA authorities are giving reply that required fund & sanction not given by PWD for its repair. We are advised to contact PWD. Being a common citizen, how can we solve this issue. Sir we are surviving with rain water and carrying water from neighbours. Kindly do the needful on emergency basis to make drinking water available.

Extremely pathetic condition of road in chavakkad bye pass road, ( chavakkad - chettuva road) and chavakkad - kottapadi- kunnamkulam road. Extremely dangerous pot holes in chavakad bypass road. People are suffering very badly. No body just cares. Please don't wait for some one to die to repair the road. Really sad state. Please doo something, begging you..

അന്വേഷണത്തിൽ ചപ്പാത്ത് നിർമ്മിക്കാനാണ് എന്നാണ് അറിഞ്ഞത്. എന്നാൽ ഈ രീതിയുള്ള ചപ്പാത്ത് നിർമ്മാണം വാഹന അപകടങ്ങൾക്കും (വലിയ ആഴത്തിലുള്ള കുഴിയാണ് ) സമീപ പ്രദേശത്തിലും വീടുകളിലും വെള്ളം കെട്ടിനിൽക്കാനും കാരണമാകുന്നു. ആയതിനാൽ ഉചിതമായ നടപടി കൈ കൊള്ളണെമെന്ന് അഭ്യർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു.

പട്ടാമ്പി മണ്ഡലത്തിലെ വല്ലപ്പുഴയിൽ നിന്നും കൊപ്പം ചെർപ്പുളശ്ശേരി റോഡുമായി ബദ്ദിക്കുന്ന റഹ്മത്തങ്ങാടി വഴി പോകുന്ന 3.5 km ഉൾ റോഡ് ഉണ്ട് ഈ റോഡ് 3 പഞ്ചായത്തിന്റെ പരിധിയിലാണ് ഉള്ളത് അത് കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഈ റോഡ് ഒരു കാലത്തും നേരാവില്ല . ഈ റോഡ് pwd ഏറ്റെടുത്തു ഒറ്റ പദ്ധതി ആയി വർക്ക് ചെയ്യണമെന്ന് അഭ്യർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു 🙏🏻

സർ, അവിട്ടത്തൂർ ഭാഗത്ത് റോഡ് വികസനത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി റോഡിൻറെ ഇരുഭാഗത്തുനിന്നും തുല്യമായി വികസിപ്പിക്കേണ്ട അതിനുപകരം റോഡ് കോണ്ട്രാക്ടർ അവർക്ക് സൗകര്യപ്രദമായ വീതിയുള്ള ഭാഗത്തുനിന്ന് റോഡിൽനിന്ന് ഉള്ളിലേക്ക് പണിത ഭാഗത്തുനിന്നും മാത്രമായി വീതി കൂടുന്നതായി കാണുന്നു. നിലവിലുള്ള റോഡോ റോഡിലേക്ക് കയറി മതില് പണിതതോ കൺസിഡർ ചെയ്യാതെ റോഡിൽ നിന്നും അര മീറ്ററും ഒരു മീറ്ററും ഉള്ളിലേക്ക് വലിച്ച് മതിലുകൾ പണിത അവരെ വിഡ്ഢികളാക്കി കൊണ്ട് ഒരു ഭാഗത്തുനിന്ന് മാത്രം വീതി കൂട്ടുന്നത് ശരിയായ നടപടിയായി തോന്നുന്നില്ല. ഇക്കാര്യത്തിൽ എൻറെ പരാതി ആതി അറിയിക്കുന്നു. ഫോട്ടോ അറ്റാച്ച് ചെയ്യുന്നു. സ്ഥലം അവിട്ടത്തൂർ ഓങ്ങി ചിറ റോഡ്

Pandikkad state highway road was full damaged. And it is very dangerous road in our district. This is to let you know. A number of purchases have been made by accident here. It will still continue.

Dear Sir,
The culvert and the adjoining ditch, which is located between Azhamkonam junction and Kaduvayi Mosque( near Kallampalam town) of the national highway NH66, are totally closed due to soil and landslides. During the monsoon season, the water flows excessively over the carriage way and daily traffic accidents are happening on this spot due to this issue.

To avoid this, it is requested that the issue to be directed to concerned department for the immediate rectification and to make the culvert in proper function, which enable the flow of water through proper channel

Sir, the span from PMG Junction to Plamood is so crowded with vehicles after 5 PM that pedestrians find it very difficult to walk. Though it is in the heart of the city, no walk-way is there. Cars and two wheelers would be parked on either side especially in front of a two-wheeler shop. Such a nasty path without proper cleaning with chunks of waste!! By God's grace alone, a pedestrian reaches the other end!! If we cross the road after waiting for a long time, we can walk along the slabs above the drainage tunnel on the same side of Lourdes Church. But once we are nearer to Plammood junction, St. Michael's Bakery, not even one person can tread without touching a vehicle.
Sir, this issue needs to be addressed at the earliest. To those who travel by car and other modes of transport, this grievance may seem silly. But for common people, even our self-esteem gets tested daily. How pity, we have to walk inching with the vehicles fearing a knock down at any moment and fearing the Covid-19, due to the proximity with which we have to pass each vehicle... Please depute some officials after 5 PM and check the entire span, ban parking on either side, clean the narrow path, mark path for pedestrians and don’t allow vehicles to enter those marked area and please allow passengers to walk peacefully... Hope the new minister would take suitable remedial measures urgently..Thank You.

കൃഷ്ണപുരം - കായംകുളം - ചേപ്പാട് നാഷണൽ ഹൈവേ, റോഡ് മുഴുവൻ കുഴികൾ മാത്രം. Bike യാത്രക്കാർക്ക് യാത്ര വളരെ അപകടകരമാണ്. എത്രയും പെട്ടെന്ന് നന്നാക്കിയൽ അപകടങ്ങൾ ഒഴിവാക്കാം.

കോതമംഗലം മണ്ഡലത്തിലെ പ്ലാമുടി-ഊരം കുഴി PWDറോഡ് കിഫ്ബി യിൽ പെടുതി 2018 - ൽ 24.5 കോടി രൂപ BMBC നിലവാരത്തിൽ പണിയുന്നതിന് ഫണ്ട് അനുവദിച്ചു.അന്നത്തെ PWDമന്ത്രി അതിൻ്റെ നിർമ്മാണ ഉത്ഘാടനവും നടത്തി കൊൺട്രാക്ടർ പണി ആരംഭിച്ചു. എന്നാൽ 3 വർഷം പിന്നിടുമ്പോൾ റോഡിൻ്റെ പകുതി വരുന്ന ഭാഗത്തെ ടാറിംങ്ങും കനാൽ കുറുകെയുള്ള പാലത്തിൻ്റെ പണിയും പൂർത്തികരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളൂ. ടാർ ചെയ്ത ഭാഗം ടാറിങ്ങ് നിലവാരം കുറവ് മൂലം തകർന്ന് പോകുകയും ചെയ്തു. ഈ ഭാഗം ആണ് കൊൺട്രക്ടർ എറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ ലാഭം കിട്ടുന്നത് എന്ന് ഓർമ്മിപ്പിക്കുന്നു 'ബാക്കി വരുന്ന ഏകദേശം 7 KM ഭാഗം ആളുകൾക്ക് നടന്ന് പോലും പോകാൻ കഴിയാത്ത വിധം കുണ്ടും കുഴിയും ആണ് ' ആയിരക്കണക്കിന് ആളുകൾ സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നതാണ് ഈ റോഡ് .ഈ പൂർത്തികരിക്കാത്തതിനെ തുടർന്ന് കോതമംഗലം PWDറോഡ് വിഭാഗത്തിൽ ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ ഈ റോഡ് കിഫ് ബി യിൽ നിന്ന് നീക്കം ചെയ്തു എന്ന് അറിയിച്ച് ഓഫിസിൽ ഒരു കത്ത് വന്നു. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ അവർക്ക് അറിയില്ല എന്ന മറുപടി ആണ് ലഭിക്കുന്നത്. ഇത് കൊൺട്രാക്ടർ ഉദ്ദ്ദോസ്തരും ചേർന്ന് നടത്തുന്ന അഴിമതിയാണ് 'ലാഭകരമായ ജോലി ചെയ്ത് ലാഭം കുറഞ്ഞ പ്രദേശത്തെ ജോലി ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുക എന്നതായിരിക്കാം ലക്ഷ്യം.
അയതിനാൽ ഈ വിഷയത്തിൽ താങ്കളുടെ ഒരു ഇടപെടൽ ഉണ്ടായി ഞങ്ങളുടെ യാത്ര ദുരിതം പരിഹരിച്ച് തരണം എന്ന് താഴ്മായി അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.

Please take necessary steps to remove usable materials like rocks, sand, earth, mud, steel and other building materials accumulated under the new Champakkara bridge. The useful material remaining after the completion of work may be taken and reused. Otherwise they may get stolen.

Removal of earth from the north side of the bridge(under the bridge) will increase the parking area and provide connectivity to the residents.

My father O. A. Devasia, is a small-scale farmer owning land in the district of Pathanamthitta, Mallappally Taluk, Perumpetty Village. The construction of the Chunkappara-Chalappally Road aka Basto Road in this Mallappally Taluk was undertaken without the secure addition of a side-wall or drainage channel at its sides. My father's property lay by the side of this road.
In December 2020, when a complaint was made to the engineer of the contracting company regarding this insecurity, my father was informed that a consent had to be provided along with the concerned Property Tax receipt for the construction of a side wall and 2-metre concrete reinforcement from the tarring edge. My father had provided the required consent in writing, along with the Property Tax Receipt on the 27th of December 2020 at the engineer's office.
However, no action was taken regarding the issue and on enquiring again, my father was informed that the Fund for the project had extinguished and no further construction could be undertaken.
The property is located along a curve of the road and there are no side-walls or barricades on the tarring edge. This poses great risk to passengers and traffic.

Presently, in addition to the attack of crop by wild animals, rain water draining into the property from the road is adding to crop destruction.

My father had also tried reaching out to register his concern on the 'Ring Road' program on the 28th of June and had not been successful in connecting. We trust in these facilities you and your ministry have devised for the citizens and are thus reaching out.

We humbly request you to look into the situation and kindly do the needful.

വിഴിഞ്ഞം ചിറയ്ക്കോട് അമ്പലത്തിനു സമീപമുള്ള റോഡിലൂടെ പോകുവാൻ കഴിയുനില്ല. ആ റോഡിൽ കുണ്ടും കുഴിയുമായി കല്ലെല്ലാം ഇളകി കിടക്കുന്നു. ബൈക്കിൽ പോകുമ്പോൾ ആളുകൾ പലപ്പോഴായി വീണുപോകുന്നു. അത്യാവശ്യത്തിനു ഓട്ടോ വിളിച്ചാൽ ആരും വരുകയില്ല. എന്തെങ്കിലും നടപടികൾ പെട്ടെന്ന് എടുക്കണമെന്നു അപേഷിക്കുന്നു.

തിരൂർ മുതൽ ചമ്രവട്ടം വരെയുള്ള റോഡിൽ ഒരു കേടുപാടുകൾ ഇതുവരെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല പക്ഷേ ഇപ്പോൾ ആലത്തിയൂർ trans continental ന് മുന്നിൽ വലിയൊരു ഗട്ടർ രൂപപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് ചെറിയ ഒരുപാട് അപകടങ്ങൾ ദിനംപ്രതി കൂടുന്നു അത്രയും നല്ലൊരു റോഡിൽ ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു ഖട്ടർ ആരും പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുകയില്ല പെട്ടെന്ന് മുന്നിൽ ഘട്ടർ ഉണ്ടാവുന്ന അവസ്ഥയാണ് ഇതുവരെ ആളഭായം ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല അതുവരെ കാത്തുനിൽക്കരുത്

റോഡ് വികസനത്തിന്റെ കാര്യത്തില്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞ 5 വർഷം കണ്ണൂര്‍ ജില്ലയില്‍ നല്ല പുരോഗതി ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ട്

പിലാത്തറ പാപ്പിനിശ്ശേരി റോഡ് വികസനം അതിന് വലിയൊരു ഉദാഹരണം ആണ്.
എന്നിരുന്നാലും വളപട്ടണം പാലം മുതല്‍ പുതിയതെരു ടൗൺ വഴി കണ്ണൂര്‍ ടൗണ് വരെ ഏകദേശം 6...7 കിലോമീറ്റര്‍ ഇഴഞ്ഞു നീങ്ങുന്ന ദുരവസ്ഥ അങ്ങനെ തന്നെ നിലനിൽക്കുന്നു.
ദൂര പ്രദേശങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്ന് രോഗികളുമായി എകെജി ഹോസ്പിറ്റൽ കൊയ്ലി മിംസ് ഇങ്ങനെ ഉള്ള പ്രധാന ആശുപത്രിയിലേക്ക് ആമ്പുലൻസുകൾ പോകുന്ന ഹൈവേയാണിത്

റോഡ് വീതി കൂട്ടി കൂട്ടി ഇരുവശത്തുള്ള കടക്കാരുടെ കോലായവരെ പൊളിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞു എനിക്ക് തോന്നുന്നത് ഫ്ലൈഓവറോ അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ സമാന്തര റോഡോ അങനെ എന്തെങ്കിലും മറ്റൊരു ആശയം കണ്ടെത്തേണ്ടിയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നാണ്
ബഹുമാനപ്പെട്ട കടന്നപ്പള്ളി രാമചന്ദ്രന്‍ സാറ് മേലെചൊവ്വ ഫ്ലൈ ഓവറിന് 130 കോടി അനുവദിച്ചപോൾ അതിലും വലിയ ബ്ലോക്ക് ആയി എനിക്ക് അനുഭവപ്പെട്ട പുതയതെരു എന്തെ ശ്രദധിക്കാതെ പോയി എന്നതിലാണ് എനിക്ക് അത്ഭുതം

Respected PWD Minister,

It's a humble request before you to do the immediate maintenance of the public road in Thannnithode thekkuthode plantation road. For the last couple of years (more than 5years) the only road we depends on our commutation left in the condition which is showed in the images attached with this.When the road was in a good condition we took only 10-15minutes cross this road.But currently more than 40 minutes.Since we are in a village area we don't have any nearby good hospitals to rely on in case of any emergency. By this condition of road we may loose the life of many people in this area by taking too much time to travel. Please do not neglect our request.Kindly do the needful at the earliest.Looking forward for a positive response.This request is our last hope.

Ayoor- Manjappara -Vayyanam-Chunda - Thudayannoor Road is in a worst condition and no body is taking serious action against it. It has been so many years tho. No one to complaint and head people's only need votes. No one cares about road

I would like to inform you that the road work at St Joseph Road is ditched near our house. when it rains water is stagnated in front of our house always.
I would request you to please ask the respective autority to ask the concerned contractor to fix this ASAP .

എന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ മൂങ്കലാർ എസ്റ്റേറ്റ് ജീവനക്കാരാണ്.

സർ ഇടുക്കി ജില്ലയിലെ വണ്ടിപ്പെരിയർ പഞ്ചായത്തിലെ ഒന്നാം വാർഡായ മൂങ്കലാറ്റിൽ നിന്നും മ്ലാമലയിലേക്ക് പോകുന്ന വഴി യാത്രാ യോഗ്യമല്ലാതായിട്ട് പതിറ്റാണ്ട് കഴിഞ്ഞു.
പല രീതിയിൽ പ്രതികരിച്ചിട്ടും ഇതിന് ഒരു മാറ്റവും വന്നിട്ടില്ല(ഈ വഴിയിലൂടെ പോയിട്ട് ഉണ്ടായ ശാരീരിക ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടും വാഹനങ്ങൾക്ക് ഉണ്ടായ സാമ്പതിക നഷ്ടം മാത്രം ബാക്കി )
കാൽനട യാത്രക്കാർക്ക് പോലും ഉരുളൻ പാറകളും ചെളിയുമുള്ള അപകടം നിറഞ്ഞ ഈ പാതയിലൂടെ നിത്യവും വയോവൃദ്ധരും സ്ത്രീകളും ഉൾപ്പെടെ നൂറു കണക്കിന് ആളുകൾ വളരെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടിയാണ് യാത്ര ചെയ്യുന്നത്.

എല്ലാ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പു സമയത്തും പ്രഹസനം എന്നോണം റോഡ് അളക്കലും, കല്ലും മണ്ണും ഉപയോഗിച്ചു വലിയ കുഴികൾ അടക്കൽ മറ്റും കാണിച്ചു ജനങ്ങളുടെ കണ്ണിൽ പൊടി ഇടൽ അല്ലാതെ വർഷങ്ങളയുള്ള ജനങ്ങളുടെ ദുരിതത്തിന് ഒരു അറുതിയും ഇന്ന് വരെ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല.
പല തവണ ഓഫിസുമായി ഫോണിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെടാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചിട്ടും സാധിച്ചില്ല.
