I have paid in advance and placed an order in february and till now package is not delivered. Please take necessary action...

I saw the advertisement of keve shop app on facebook. I browsed the app and found interesting products hence i did purchase 2 shirts and one shoe on 22 feb 20 at 14:10. I did receive a confirmation email from keve shop mentioning order reference number 8140.

The order hasn't been delivered yet and no updates on the shippment. Kindly check this on priority and help me to process refund from keve shop....

I have placed a order for shirts, they sent me order confirmation details on my mail but still did not deliver my order even 21 days have passed. When i called for update, they not pick-up. They stop answering my mail and call.

Please take action against them and keep safe others from this fraud website. Also help me get back my money....

I purchased shirt worth rs. 299 & made online payment on 29th feb, but still not received the delivery.
I called up keve shop customer care number [protected], [protected], [protected].
It seems to be complete online fraud. People pickup the call on this number & ask you to share the details received on your number to refund your money by google pay, be careful don't share any details with them.
Please take very strict...

i have ordered 3 shirts on dated by 03/march/2020 but i am still waiting for my order they have given on the website for delivery time 7-14 days and in my case there already completed.

i have already done the payment by my card and for delivery status purpose i have done lots of mail but i don't received any response from them.

kindly to the needful action because they will do the big fraud....

I placed an order and the mistake i dis is never investigated that website before placing an order. This site is totally fake. As in real these items are so much cheap. I placed an order and there is no option to cancel or refund the order. They don't have any support they just set their mail to wuto reply and no one from that website can talk to you. My rs.300 has been wasted. Please help submitting a file against them to reclaim our money...

I ordered the cart of 2000/- on 22nd Feb, order is still not delivered and no response from customer care email ID.
I messaged them several time but they did not respond. They are just looking money. Please help to get my money back.
They have posted so many good pictures of costly items their and selling them on low price. It attracts people and people fall into their trap.

Not realising its a fake/fraud website I have ordered 3 shirts and trouser on 20th of Feb, they mentioned delivery would be done in 7-14 working days. there was no option of cash on delivery so had to do the full payment of Rs.997.
There is no customer service or phone number to contact them.

I have tried every possible way to reach the site so that I can know where my package is but there is no response from their...

It's been 16 days after i ordered 3 shirts...

The only message they send is
Order is on the way, its takes 7 to 14 days to be delivered.
There is no confirmation and no tracking of my order...

I have order a shirt in keve shop website on march 02, 2020. I have not received any information from them.

It was a fake website. They cheated me. I was done transaction through my credit card. Please help us in getting the issue resolved.

I have ordered shirts online from kev shop on 22nd feb 2020, it was mentioned as 7 to 14 days for delivery, but till date i have not received any call or message from the vendor
Nor they have any contact details to contact them they have only mail to send in case any issue

I have sent the mails on their portal but no reply from them till date, it seems to be fraud company which says buy one get one offer for one day....

I was ordered 3shirts as on 17th february 2019 through keve shop in facebook store and paid rs.598 but still i didn't received my order.
I was reminded 50 times but there's no response.
Customer care number & email i'd also fake.
Kindly solve my query.
They are doing fraud in an online
So kindly take legal action against that keve shop.
And get back my refund amount...

I have ordered clothing from this website as the design and price was nice, i have been paid for this order from my amx card, now its been 10 days there is no information for the same, on the name of support there is such contact except an email id on the website that too, auto reply mode.
