I had booked tickets for the vikram yesterday at 7.50pm. The screen which the movie was played had a defect . There were lines running through the screens that makes it difficult to watch the movie. Also the seat were damaged for the comfort row giving the worst experience I had in this movie theatre. Similiar to this, the last time i had visited the theatre for the movie Hridhayam, and the sound quality was poor. Kindly do the needful.

Today (24/12/2021) I went to KG cinemas Coimbatore asked budget ticket (60rs) at counter but the refused to give and asked me to get it from online booking (bookmyshow)

I don't why they didn't give at counter

Please take necessary action...

Entertainment industry has now a days become the most resorted for by general public.

Entertainment tax has some reasonable contribution to govt revenue too.

But this doesn't mean that there are no one to question their quality of service provided.

I along with few others have got bug bites while watching show tonight 22.20 hrs.

Seat numbers and seatings are improper.

Will some law question them.

Yesterday I visited KG Cinemas (Diamond class Rs.85) for watching Kanchana II. Seats were not cleaned and popcorns were scattered on the seats. When I requested for a Baby seat for my daughter the did not give. Snacks are to be purchased from them. They have large sizes only. Popcorn was sold at Rs. 100 which was very salty. Not worth visiting
