Worst product delivered i want to return that but they are saying i damaged that and the they refused to pickup my order. is this kind of service u provide to ir coustomer!

Worst quality of product. when I'm returning the shoe you are not taking them and I'm returning the same as u gave me. is this kind of service u provide to ur customer!

I have visited a Khadims store in Baguiati on 27th May with my husband and my other family members and purchased one sports shoe for the daughter of my Sister-in-law. Next day we realized that the shoe size was not correct. So we again visited the same store to exchange the shoe. During that time we felt so much insulted by the stuffs of that particular shop. First they were not agreed to exchange the shoes as they don't have proper size. Questioning again and again why we purchased the shoe last night if it was not fitted well. After so many argument they agreed to exchange it. We selected another pair of shoe but the price 150 rupees less than the old shoe. We did not ask our money back but asked to gave us the credit note so we will use that in our next purchase. Again they started to arguing and humiliate us. They even not agreed to help us to get the right size of the shoe. They were just standing in front o[censored]s and laughing. We decided to not to visit any more Khadims store in future. That was our last purchased from Khadims. But we want to escalate the whole incident and demand a strict action against this Baguiati Khadims store.

I have ordered a pair of shoe from khadims...but due to the size problem I have to return it...but it's already been 1 week...but till now they are refund the amount...what should I do now?

I have ordered a shoes but didn't get my refund after a pickup of my shoes . It's become already 5 days after pickup

I have size issue that's why I tried to return my order but there is no response and I am very dissatisfied with your service. And also I had registered with my contact number but they told me there is no user exist.

My shoe got damaged from the upper part in my second wear itself. Also to bring in notice, I neither drove any bike or car while shoes were on. Please assist

The order id 1461181 was received 2 days earlier. The shoe is damaged and want to return it, i am unable to find the process through the site, there is not any return option. I called them many times to the customer care contact given on the site, only 2 times it was received that too one of them onky responded so casually that it will be done from the site only.
And its been so many calls but they are not picking up at all..
I have mailed so many times but the resopnse is very light. I don't know what to do and how to make the return.
Please help me to return it and get my refund.

It is to be informed you that I am a regular customer of Khadim's item. Whenever I am in Kolkata, Delhi and in Guwahati I used to visit Khadim's show rooms / outlet and purchase my essentials. There is no exception in Sivsagar in Assam. Today also I have purchased one back pack bag, one chpal and one shoe. The price of the shoe is Rs.499/- only. But unfortunately the shoe which was purchased today, found manufacturing defect. After the invoice is created, i.e. at 13:44:44 I noticed the defect but before leaving the outlet I bring it to the notice of the manager immediately. But he is not ready to change the same on the plea that invoice is already created. It is a saddened part that as per the said invoice warranty period is 90 days but I am told that the invoice was already created created. Invoice is attached herewith for your ready reference and perusal please.

I bring it to your kind notice for necessary intervention. The name of the outlet is BAHETIS, Green Gogoi Path; P.O. & Dist. Sivasagar, Assam 785640,

If I do'nt get any positive response within a reasonable time I may be compelled to approach the Consumer Court for necessary action and in that case you will also be made necessary party but at your cost only.

Hello, i purchased a pair of sandals to my daughter in oct 2021 month last week in khadim store nizampet, Hyderabad. Not even used for 7 occasions. They drastically torn. I didn't expect such a cheap quality material in a branded company like khadim

I had bought a pair of shoes from Khadims, Gariahat on 03 October, 2021. I had also won a voucher of ₹200/- for that. The company staffs assured us that we can use this voucher in our next shopping from any branches of Khadims. Today we have gone to Kadims Jorabridge, Santoshpur. But they had refused to accept the voucher. And they misbehaved with us. We are very sad. We had done many shoppings with khadims from 2015. Kindly, take action immediately.

I have purchased a black sandal . I requested a return since size is not suitable . And there is no response from Khadims side .

I have purchased a product on 10/07/21 of rupees 398 on order id #1115726.but due to size issue i have made a return of the product on 19/07/21 through delhivery AWB[protected].Till Now i have not recieve My refund amount.

Have taken footwear from khadim varanasi . Strip of the the slipper took out so went to shop to fix. They changed the slippers but after a weak same problem occurred and second time I went and ask them to put some hard glue so that it could fix. They had misbehaved with me and not fix it. Will file complaint against this shop for their ill behave. Worse reception staff

I bought a pair of black belly shoe from Khadim's for Rs 499. The leather like material of the shoe started coming out after 3 to 4 days. It's been two weeks since I bought this defective shoe. The handle like design of the has come out. The full stitch has come out. It seems like 20 years old shoe. Very dissatisfied with their service. Is Rs 500 a matter of joke ?? How can they sell a defective product.

I received Wrong Size and I raised Return pick up for product. I received mail that your team will contact with me now almost 7 days passed but nobody contacted me & my return it not completed yet.
I tried to contact on customer toll free number but call not received.i sent mail but it was un delivered.

I have ordered shoes and got delivery of hand bag order no. S2ae808. I have returned the item on 14 July 21 and till then I am waiting for my refund of 849/-. They just say wait for one day and now it's more than two weeks. Very bad service.

I purchased two footwear from khadim's website on 7th july 2021 . I received One item on 13th july which was defective so placed a request for return the dilevery guy picked the order on the same day. I did got a mail from khadim's that my request for return has been accepted . But after that i haven't received any updates regarding my refund i opted for cash on dilevery . I have tried contacting them through email, i even tried calling their customer care no. But no one received the call.

I have ordered footwear from online website of khadim and paid amount 850₹ through upi, but I have faced size problem in my footwear after receiving the item that's why I returned the item on 7th july 2021 .
