I am raising this complaint against Kindlife regarding a bulk order placed on January 10 and 11, 2025, totaling 140 peanut butter boxes across 20 different order IDs.
After receiving the shipment:
10 boxes were missing
16 boxes were damaged
I initially contacted Amazon Shipping, their logistics partner, but they informed me that product issues fall under Kindlife’s responsibility....

Product not delivered and wrong information as to delivery rejection updated

Check attached audio. It was wrong shipment.. opened also. On checking it was found items were missing. I contacted support they told delivery will be attempted it is not yet attempted. After which this status of delivery rejection is updated where actual reason was they tried attempting delivery with short quantity asking for entire order value. I sent mail regarding this they asked to contact their WhatsApp support. I contacted them they replied your delivery is in transit rest assured it will get delivered and this was never done.!!
Also the delivery executive is terming them a fraud in the audio as they sent an open parcel with short quantity asking entire order sum and updating wrong delivery information on their site. Beaware!!!
