I placed an order with link in on 1st June 2024. They cancelled my order but still today didn’t get my refund neither they are responding to email

Kinkin never delivered food order 20210. Neither they are responding to emails not processing refund. There is no other way to communicate the company. They are fake.

I have placed an order of cake and other items from kinkin website order no #20713.
There is no response to emails.No refund.

I have placed a cake order in Kinkin on 2/11/2023 with order Id 17642. I want to cancel my order but they are not cancelling my order even after requesting

Hi Team,
I placed a cake order on 19th Mar from the website (kinkin.in) for the same day delivery and have also paid immediately (499/- Rs).
Order no: 10570

When I didn't get the cake till 7 pm, I texted them on the support WhatsApp number, but then I got to know that the cake won't be delivered to mentioned address and they will refund the paid amount.

But it's been 15-16 days now and still didn't received any Money or reply. I have tried contacting them via whatspp and email but no response.
