The Taste of the water is worst than tap water . also i see some sediment like particles suspended in the water, and as soon as i drank the water . i got throat infection and went to doctor and it costed me around 550 INR (300 doctor fees + tablets )

    Today in a 20 liter jar of kinley mineral water I am getting smell of detergent powder. It is disgusting. Please look into the matter.

      I purchased a kinley packaged water on 14th august and it turned out to be a duplicate one. The taste was not the same as i am a regular consumer of kinley waters. On checking the tds it was 190 which is not what it should be.

        26/6/2021 i had purchased a kinley water cane 25 litre from a departmental store near my house i found a thing inside it am not able to recognise because i had not opened the bottle seal i am very disappointed with it & i want a strict action towards it as well as compensation

            The quality of bottles of one litre of mineral water is horrible.

            I wonder how you could sell your products with such inferior quality of bottles.

            The quality does not match with the big and renowned brand name Coca-Cola.

            Even all the local brands have a much much far more better quality.

            You may not take notice my complaints in view of your huge sells. Still I thought it proper and my responsibility to lodge complaint.

            Rest is on you.

              We have been a user of your 20 litre can of water for the last 15 years. Earlier your supply was quite regular. Our monthly consumption is about 25 bottles.in the recent 3 to 4 years the supply has become erratic. You have introduce several distributors but they also failed to give uninterrupted supply. Today one of your distributor m/s dhrajal enterprises located at kurla kamani have supplied 10 bottles @ the cost of rs100/- per bottle which is exorbitaant. The earlier distributorm/s lk enterprises was supplying @rs 75 per bottle upto last month.
              When questioned the representative of m/s dhrajal enterprises for this exorbitant price he says rs 90 is the mrp and rs 10 is the service charge.
              Kindly look into the matter and resolve.

                Namaste sir,

                Here i strongly requesting you about an unwanated thing which is happening in navabharat area of palwancha.

                Here in brother's bakery, propieter paparao (Bajjila bandi), navabharath centre palwancha the bakery owner is selling 200ml kinely soda at rs. 10.00
                When i asled to issue bill of 10/- they just saying "dengeya raa ikkada soda ledu". After i went out of bakery the shop keeper son came out of his shop and tried to hit me. This happened on 21/8/2017, 8:45 pm.

                Sir please take proper enquire and take action about this incident.
                And please try to keep all shop keepers to exhibit price list with consumer forum number, food & quality control phone number. Otherwise public may take action. Most of the buisiness people want sell the branded products also sell at their own increased price more than mrp

                    Bitter impure water supplied by kinley

                    For the last three weeks we have been receiving bitter tasting impure water from kinley. The supplier is moon beverages. People in our house have fallen ill after consuming this water.

                    I have informed moon beverages and called the kinley (Coca cola) customer care number, but there is no improvement.

                    This problem has been faced since may 28th.

                    The response from coca cola customer care is pathetic....

                    I was at mukta cinemas ahmedabad for watching the conjuring 2, they charged me rs. 50 for a bottle of 1 ltr bottle. And they even refused to provide me the bill.

                    On the sticker of the bottle it was written that details w. R. T. To mrp, packaging date were printed on the neck of the bottle. But no such things were printed on the same. Only thing written on the neck was, "sale thru select channel"

                    There was no mrp printed on the bottle which just means that you have given the whole discretion with regards to the price of the bottle to the cinema halls & also since there is no packaging date mentioned they can sell the old stock without any hassle at an premium rate.

                    Profits are no doubt important for the business but so is the simple decency that a commodity like water shall not be overpriced.

                      the vendor supplies other bottles saying that kinley is not present. the supply of ordinary bottle too is very poor, and that is causing too much hassles in this summer. i tried to contact coca cola and raised this issue but they are least bothered

                        Hi,

                        The Kinley dealer delivered a 25 liter refill which has no batch number, date or price. I bought 3 refills and found that one of them doesn't have the batch number, date and price. Have already raised a complaint with Coca-cola and waiting for their response.

                        This surely looks like counterfeit. As a consumer, please advise what my rights are and what can be done to stop this.

                          Hi,

                          I have been purchasing Kinley Mineral water jars of 20 litres for the last 5 years. They have stopeed supply in Bangalore for two weeks now. I lodged a complaint # SRA[protected] at their call center, and they said they will revert 'VERY SOON'. Upon asking for a definite date, I was told they will revert by April 5th, but there is NO RESPONSE and no supply of water.

                          Water is an ESSENTIAL SERVICE, and I don't know how a company like Kinley can be so casual.

                          Same problem. I've been using Kinley Bottled Water for past 3 years in Bangalore & last time I tried ordering on 17th April 2009, at the call center no.[protected]/795, they said they have discontinued supplying the water. When asked who to call further for Kinley water, they asked me to call on 20thApril & since then both the numbers are no reply. I wonder how do I receive my deposit of the 2 bottles back (Rs1200)???

                          Its shocking to see such a casual behaviour by the company!!
                          The same problem i am also facing with kinley in Bangalore. since April i discontinued using kinley and i thought of returning back my bubbles (25lts - 3 No's ). But surprisingly, i found the south Indian beverages (Kinley distributors for Bangalore) storage was shifted/closed in banasawadi. When tried to contact the kinley call center[protected]/795), no reply for weeks. I wish to lodge a complaint on these people, for their ill-treatment to the customers. My deposit of Rs.1500/- is blocked with them.
                          We are facing the same problem since Feb 2009 and no resolution still. Coco Cola's drinking water brand Kinley has screwed up its market very very badly in Bangalore, by mis-handling and mis-informing the crisis and they have stopped supplies. Our office has 10 jars and we are suppose to get a refund of INR 10, 000/- (INR 500/- per jar). Every customer suffered without any supplies or intimation for months. Every time we call Coco Cola office ( Hindustan cococola Beverages Ltd., Bangalore) we are promised that in 2-3 hrs some one will definitely come and refund the amount, we have called and spoke to the manager for Kinley refunds at least 20 times and there is no sign of the refund but only promises everytime. Kinley had taken the customers for a ride, evading responsibilities, ill-treating and harassing the customers.

                          At this rate how can we trust cocola as a brand, a global giant and biggest MNC cannot so badly handle a crisis and take so long, this is not at all one of the worlds biggest MNC should act. Its a sheer shame and how can any one trust cococola as a brand any more. At this rate and with this attitude and behaviour pattern, it will not be a surprise if in the future with their management attitude and business commitment attitude, if cococola drives themselves into a very big disaster by harming/killing people with its products similar to a crisis like the - Bhopal gas tragedy or Enron or Auther Andersen or Chernobyl disaster...then it would be too late!!! think about it!!!??????.

                          We as a business house have totally lost trust and faith in cococola due to the length of time taken to manage a small issue, defficiency of service, mental harassement, refund frauds amounting to crime etc., hence we have taken a decision that cococola cannot be trusted with their products or services any more, therefore we have banned using any cococola products in any of my offices or group companies. Even when our customers visit our office and ask for coke we serve them Pepsi instead, saying we cannot guarantee coco-cola's services or products.

                          We have decided not to associate or risk our lives with such a careless, irresponsible, unaccountable and dastardly global brand.
