Ice-cream sold after two months of expiry dateate

Kesar pista ice-cream was bought on march 10 2024, Though the expiry date was on January 10 2024. Taste was bad and after complaining to that milk parlour they refused to give a refund or replace the ice-cream.

Nandini milk is smelling
We are getting nandini milk use by date as today's date... My concern is nandini milk use by date should be for 48 hrs i. E today i should get use by date of tomorrow which indicates fresh milk and of course i have experienced the difference.
Now my doubt is when do fresh milk delivered from unit afternoon or evening.

Nandini ghee (Kmf product) is a very well known ghee and widely used in karnataka. This used to be really good in taste and smell and the aroma used to amazing, however now there is a taste and smell of vasaline. I am complaining from hennur and here we get kmf products from yelahanka and kolar too.
This needs to be checked immediately before someone dies by using it.

Regarding incentives for milk producers
In the KMF website, it has given that, since 2013, incentive amount for the milk producers has been revised to Rs 4/- per litre from Rs. 2/- per litre. But in our village, everyone is still getting only Rs. 2/- per litre from our co-operative society. How can we deal with it?

we the resident of yelahanka new town. Life is miserable due to bad smile which is let by K M F factory we are not able to tall right the smile.It is requested to take necessary steps.

This is regarding the fraud kmf nandini milk dealer in Jeevan Bima Nagar, BENGALOORU. We, the residents of this locality have been constantly hoodwinked by this milk shop dealer/owner from quite a long time. He is very rude and ill mannered . Recently, when I gave him a 500 rupee note after purchase of 110 rupees worth products, but he said that i only gave him 10 rupees and and was very rude by taking back the products until I gave him 100 rupees. Only when I demanded him to check the cctv and the other customers too urged him did he agree to look over it. At the end even though the cctv footage clearly showed me giving him 500 rupees he was reluctant to accept that it was his mistake. After all this high drama, he even uses vulgar words on a women . After all this what I heard was he has been doing this all other customers frequntly, innocent people are prey to his fraud acts. He has never ever given back the exact change to the customers. He has been cheating by obtaining extra amount for all the products. Iff in case anybody asks about the mrp or date of manufacture then he either snubs them or gives wague rude answers. We are constantly been cheated and fed up of his fraudulent behaviour. I, hereby request you to take necessary action on him. I am writing this on behalf of all the customer, fellow beings and residents of jeevan bima nagar. Please act in the regard as soon as possible sir. We all hope for better service else kmf will be loosing it's customers.
