I wanted to bring to the attention of all the bad service experienced by me and my family on March 7 by Kolkata Cabs.
I had made a booking for a cab at 7:30 pm through makemytrip.com, which is a very reputed travel solution provider. The booking was made on Feb 15.
When I actually landed in the airport, huge misery was awaiting me. There was no booth to present the slip, no cab, and no service.

Car cancelled by agency one hour before reporting time

I made a booking on 17th August for a Kolkata cab to report to me at 10 pm on 19th August. On 19th August at 8.30 pm I was informed that the car could not be sent as they had six car breakdowns that day and so no car was available.
I feel the excuse given is not true or if true then Kolkata Cabs has really bad cars ! Also, the last minute (1 hour before reporting time) advice left me with no choice but to go out to search...
