I am Amit gupta, i had purchased two cloth(Top) for my wife from koutons retail india ltd, vaishali nagar, Jaipur branch on[protected].

I was paid the amount of 725.00 INR by debit card with the invoice no. 005346 and with the warranty of replacement of faulty cloth within six month.

Business malpractice
I had bought 2 trousers on 22-7-08 from Red Rose Distributors P. Ltd. (memo no. SRSR[protected], consignee agent of Koutons Retail India Ltd. located on 35B, Ashutosh Mukherjee Road, Bhowanipore, Kolkata.
These people have absolutely no regard for customers and are resorting to unfair business practices which will result in a deterioration of your brand image. They had kept both (1 black and the other light cream coloured)...
