Two guys contacted me via whatsapp, message and also the ingame message and told me that your ID has been hacked and if you your account back you have to pay us.

Hello, i have been playing Bgmi on Android since the very first day.
Recently my account got banned in between the match for no reason. There
were no 3rd party app running in the background nor did i violate any rules
of conduct. I was banned incorrectly, there must be some glitch/ error in
the banning system. I request you to kindly review my account and unban it
as soon as possible.

My BGMI ID-[protected] is hacked and using by some other guy. He changed my character name and clan. And i dont know how he unlinked my twitter account at first.I gave all the proofs to bgmi support team but all they’re doing is wasting time. They didn’t even restrict my ID to him. I’ve invested my 4 years and money on that ID but BGMI doesn’t care. Only i can provide them the last transaction IDs for purchasing UC and all. I’ve screen recordings of my profile.
I just need someone who listen my voice and help me to regain my BGMI account back.

I using there services since ten months playing a game in there platform genuinely but they stop my services and banned me in the game i invested lots of money in the game but they was not reply me only says i m violating there rules without any proof how can they blame on me and banned in the game and not refunds my money i file a case against them for harrasing me mentally and down my image in front of others because of banned i claim on the harrasing is 100 million dollar case against them

From Battlegrounds Mobile India game my paid uc ( I purchase with money ) is deducted automatically without my permission. I need my game currency back in my account . It is around 300 UC missing.

I am a player of BattleGround Mobile India and I used to play games on my account every day but one day a message came on the screen while opening my account and then my account was Ban.As far as I know BattleGround Mobile India uses some third party applications, the account is banned but I did not use any third party application but my account is banned.

I have invested more than 1 lakh rupee in this mobile game but it is not improving their security features and still hackers are ruining the fun of the game, hence ban this game in India.

I am playing the game and my account got ban suddenly for 10 years i thought it was mistake by their anti cheat system them i contacted their support team but they are not providing me any support. I didn't used any cheat or third party app i am playing this game since four years i explain everything to them but only send me this

must need to cheak my account i am just playing game with my squard after

that the pop up window's open that real time and showing your account was banned for 10 years without any reason u must need to cheak my gameplay.. i gives u lot's of proof Same time matches pics must see this sir I would like to put an unban request about my Battlegrounds Mobile India account, which has been recently banned for no reason. And since i still had access to my bgmi account via facebook i tried to unlink that twitter account but it was not working as it was popping up saying that this account can only be unlinked after 21 days of linking. Meanwhile I tried reporting those hackers many times, not sure if anything hapedn with that.
I tried to reach you out via customer service from the official site as well as the the in game help support but in reply all i got was some copy pasted mails of how to reach out use the in game help support. I don't think anyone read my message of the incident. After 2 days when i opened my game i got a notitication that my id has been banned.
One of the guys also contacted me to tell me that my ID has been banned, enjoy now.

I got very frustrated and furious so i tried a couple of things but nothing worked out.
After 2 more days when i logged in again with my facebook it said that my account will unlock at a particular date which was 6 days ahead in future, so i waited for that day to come.
When i finally openned the game after that date with my facebook account my account was gone. The game opened a fresh account. I tried to resinstall the game but it still opened a new fresh account. At this point i had realise that the hackers have unlinked my facebook account from their side so thats why its not getting my old game profile.

Since i had the game profile id's of those hackers and mine as well i opened the fresh account and confirmed that my id is still in existense.

So I request bgmi team to get back my account as I've spent a lot of time and money on my account.

I tried complaining this to KRAFTON but doesn't look like its listed in consumer complaints.

Its regarding eSports, because of the error of krafton I was allowed to play matches of prize pool 1 crore rupees.
I invested about 1 year for this, and noe because the game error i wasn't allowed to compete in the round 2 stage.
It was like a career option for me.

Recenly A player challenged me 1 v 1 in room. I even dont know him personally. Challenged me for TDM. In room I got banned with out knowing anything. Either He was hacker or anti cheat detect me as teaming up with hacker . But seriously I was totally unknown about this accident. I didnt even know he his hacker. Please, I cordially request you to unban my account.

My bgmi account worth 2 lakh inr got banned. Never used hacks, plug ins, never violated any rules. Very disappointed from bgmi support. They're not even looking up to the problem. Bots are replying from there support side. noone assisting or providing details for ban, very disappointed from krafton character id -[protected]. they banned without reason
