Worst Delivery support

Hi All, I am Vasanth from K.K.Nagar-Chennai. Last feb-07-2015 I have paid 1000 rupees advance amount for booking new "Honda CB unicorn 160 CC CBS model" in KUN Honda two wheeler dealier-Aday branch-Chennai-Tamilnadu. They promised me to deliver the bike on April-07-2015. But later they called me and suggest CB Unicorn 160 CC Standard model " due to unavailability of CBS model. I bought new vehicle Honda-Activa last year and it have 5 free service. Last week I had given for the third server at Kun-Honda Ashok Nagar, Chennai. I informed 3 complaints. But none of the resolved and simply they changed the Engine oil only and even they did not wash the vehicle too. We reported about this one, they did not answer properly. I dont know why the hell they are giving free service. It is totally waste of time for us one day.......

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

oday on March 8th . I experienced one of the worst customer service in my life with KUN HONDA Adayar Branch . They treat you as if you are asking for favour with them to take delivery of your own vehicle. I request every one not take HONDA vehicle till they dump this KUN, worst service to the core....The customer relationship manger in that branch don't even know what is Customer service this dealer is going to be spoil the HONDA image...
