KWA Complaints & Reviews

I am currently living in abroad and just in for a 3 week holiday. My house is empty since 2018. We have own well and does not require KWA water except May. We regularly pay bill and now unexpectedly got huge bill.

I am a consumer of kwa ph sub dvn. Kondotty vide consumer no. Ram/940/d and have been remitting water charges regularly. For the last 10 days the residents in this locality are not getting drinking water. Every time when we called to the said office, they have only one word to say that pipe line got broken. This process is continuing. The pump operator is not doing his duty properly and the authorities are just closing their eyes.

Therefore i request that necessary steps may please be taken and provide drinking water very early.

I am residing at chunangamvely, my cons. No. Kzu/3053/d, cons. Id - [protected] aluva, my recent bill for rs.2444/-. Last month bill for rs.944/-... When the receiptance of this months bill, a technician checked my meter and fitted a air valve. But meter is running very fastly at the time of no water in the line. My old bills are below 300 rupees only. Please make arrangements to change my meter and deduct the huge bill.

I am staying in Vaniyath Lane, near to Decent Junction on the road from Poojappura to Mudavanmukal. Ours is a slightly elevated area and the land further forms a slope and then forms into a low lying area. We have not received even a single drop of water for the past 4 days.
