Worstest behaviour of the employees.

There is no proper manager responses. He treat us like animals. I lost my self respect

I recently came to la cinemas for watching the lion king movie for 7:30pm show on 27.07.2019 with my family. During the interval time, there was a very big queue for getting snacks and i stood for a very long time in the queue and by the time i had just paid the bill amount, the movie has started.. There were around 40 people who were still standing outside, yet to get their snacks. It had missed around 12 minutes of the movie because of the delay in delivering the snacks. The management should have either arranged for additional number of counters or should have delayed commencing the movie, as the delay is from their service. Even after paying full money, why should we miss the movie because of your fault?

La cinemas sell tickets only for premium and elite seats. They do have budget seats as well, but they are not selling it. I've seen many movies in la cinemas and i'm pretty sure that they haven't sold the tickets for the budget seats at anytime. Even when the premium and elite seats are filled, they're not allowing us to book the tickets for budget seats online and offline. I think they must sell tickets for budget seats as per the government rules. Please do needful.
