With due respect sir I order two mini portable A.C from lacasha on 17.04.2022 order no-154167, 154474, but not received my product till date.my payment successfully sent to paytm. I already 5-6 mails sent to lacasa's mail id but no reply me.(e-mail id-info.[protected]@gmail.com). kindly see my problem and resolve it. I want my money refund my account.Please take necessary action.

I had booked a mini AC cooler for Rs.400 from Lakasha website on 16.04.22, the money paid online from my account was also deducted but till now I have not received any DELIEVERY.

It is a fraudulent website they charged 449rs for my Product and had the option of prepaid only...there was no COD available. I was cheated by the website.

Hello. I brought Lacasha Mini AC for Rs. 399 from lacasha.com on 20th of April 2022.
After i purchased from their website i got no order confirmation no email messages nothing. I was not even able to login to their website.

I believe it was a scam. Kindly look into the matter and let me know.
If it is really a scam, please take measure to aware people. Don't want anyone else to be a victim of this kind of scam.

Order few items on Mar 28th 865 inr - addressed to The Shop Lady), till now not received email or message. No customer care number also. Even tho mail sent to lacasha email id, till now no response. Not sure how to reach them..
