I ordered one mini portable ac and garlic crusher from lacasha. Order no #129908 on 12/04/2022 . Bill amount Rs. 469 . But after that I have not received any message or mail from lacasha. I complain Lacasha ' s costomer care and told them to refund my amount . But no response from their side. I want my money back. So please do the needful.

My bank billed as BIL/ONL/[protected]/BLAKSWAN/[protected] from ICICI NET BANKING dated on 10th april 11:50 pm. I think this website is fake. I mailed them in info.[protected]@gmail.com but no response. Major steps to be taken by the Government so that others do not get cheated by them

Hi This is Rajib Deb from Guwahati Assam. I had placed an order of Multi function mini air conditioner from Lacasha.com(Order No#153018 dated 17/04/2022 for Rs 399.00)
I had made the payment for the same and it's been deducted from my account, but in their order page it's showing payment pending... I had tried to connect them but there is no response from their side... I have attached the screen shot of the payment details and the order details for proof. Please do the needful

Totally fake website with no products. They should be behind bars. How can they operate this fake website?

I ordered a portable air conditioner from lacasha 7 days ago, paid from Paytm but no delivery confirmation was there, no communication.

I have ordered a Multi-function Mini Portable Air Conditioner on 10/04/2022 for ₹399. On my Order section it shows processing. I have contacted 2 times in Email, but no reply came from Lacasha.
I have already paid the amount of money. Please inform me about the problem that I have faced.

I've ordered a mini portable AC for RS 399/- from lacasha.com on 16/04/2022, But haven't received any communication on that. It has no customer care no. No reply on email as well. Money has been deducted but no details on product is shared.

I have ordered a mini aircooler from this website(https://lacasha.com/my-account/edit-account/)on 13 th April, 2021.Paid it by UPI as an advance.Transaction I D was recieved by phone pe app.But, still this date no confirmation has been received from them.Graphics of this product is attractive one and it cost arround 399/- INR & it is appearing just after you searching for a mini cooler in the internet.
Hope some one will look into this.

I placed an order with Lacasha, it says in process and Item has not been delivered in last 15 days. Please process a cyber fraud and close the website. It’s looting money from citizens.

Lacasha is fraud company as my purchase order of Rs. 399/- for Multi function mini portable air conditioner received by Lacasha vide their Order No. 120158 dated 10/04/2022 (Voucher is not generated) which is still showing under process (as on 16.04.2022).

Mini air conditioner and copper vesel. Till date material not received neither any response from this company. Sent emails but no response.
Clue less how to go about.
