I ordered 40 brushes at 600 but they ordered on 24 cheap quality brushes...

I have ordered a 600 rs 40 peices of make-up brush set but they delievered me a cheap 100rs 12 makeup brush set...

I've ordered a beige gown from the site worth 1359/- inr, but they have delivered a cheap net cloth, like a duster. They aren't replying my emails & not picking up the call as well.

By this sort of behavior i gt to know that this is a fraudulent company, now i'm lodging a police complaint against the same.

This people are a big fraud cheating coustmer by showing other product and when coustmer order d dress they hand over them a street dress which cost is not more than 500rs, they charge 1309rs, i oder a blue anarkali and got a red gown today my daughters birthday i bought for her my invoive no rl24121 pls to all peoples dont by from rangeeli/ladybeautiqe with out getting proper contact no and mail id...

I ordered a beige colored beautiful lehenga worth RS 1289..
What I received was completely a different product which is a cheap salwar suit of worst material..
I dropped many emails complaining about this matter and did a return request.. but there is no one to reply..
I don't understand what's the matter with them..
Is this website a fraud one??
What should I do now?

I ordered 1 saree worth rs 1360 on the website ladybeautique.in and selected the cash on delivery option. It got delivered. Once i received the item, i opened the pack and was shocked. I ordered 1 lehenga worth rs 1450 on the website ladybeautique.in and selected the cash on delivery option. It got delivered yesterday. Once i received the item, i opened the pack and was shocked. This is worst company, i have come across. Service is so pathetic product.
They didn't send the actual ordered product, some unwanted material has been delivered to me. Soon after receiving the product i tried contact them for returning there has been response from this company. They are not even replying my emails.

I have registered complaint against this company in the national consumer court.

That stupid person asking tell me ur credit card number and CSV number". Other wise we can't track ur order. we tell card number but we given CSV number wrong.
