Landmark Apartments Pvt Ltd Complaints & Reviews

In may 2011, i had invested in a commercial property in a project called cyber park, sector 67, gurgaon, haryana that was being developed by landmark apartments pvt ltd (Company). I paid 100% of the sale amount in advance (Rs 2467500.00) to be in the company's assured return scheme @ 12.5% pa. As interest till possession. The unit that i booked was supposed to be in it park in the 4th floor of the upcoming building. I was assured that the project would be completed within 3 years and possession would be given accordingly. However, company suspended payment of interest wef aug 2013 and till date no payment of interest has been received. Company is absolutely quiet about handing over possession even after numerous visits and phone calls to their officials. Every time the dates are extended by six months and like this almost 5 yrs have passed. I visited the site in february 2018 and the project is far from completion.
I wish to have my money back with all past dues.

1. Year 2010:
a. We bought this property on 8th Nov’2010 in Landmark Cyber Park Sector 67, Gurgaon.
2. Year 2011:
a. Four postdated cheques (dated 5th Feb’11, 5th May’11, 5th Aug’11 and 5th Nov’11) of assured returns of Rs 26933/= ( after TDS of Rs 2992) were given to us .
b. TDS certificate was paid after a lot of follow-up as 26AS account did not show till 31st July that TDS was deposited by Landmark....
