I am filing this complaint against Layered Luxury for delivering a misrepresented skincare product and completely ignoring all attempts to resolve the issue.

I placed an order recently, and the item delivered was entirely different from what was advertised. The issues include:
• packaging completely different from the product shown on their website
• a paper label pasted manually on the tube

I placed an order for Layered Retinal Booster (Tube Packaging) from your website.
However, I have received a completely different product (Retinal Shot in Jar Packaging) which looks very different from what was shown on your site.

This is misleading advertising and not the product I ordered.
