I have tried to book a ticket on 11/10/2023 for the journey from trivandrum to kasargode(25/10/23) through https://www.ixigo.com/ but could not complete the booking. However, an amount of Rs. 5330.41 has been deducted from SBI Account No.[protected] and the amount was not credited to my account till now. My transaction details are as shown below:

However, upon checking my income tax records, I discovered that your company has filed TDS returns using my PAN. This appears to be a mistake, and I sincerely request your immediate assistance in rectifying this matter by correcting the TDS return without my PAN.

Money deducted but booking was not confirmed

I, Gaurav Chaudhary was trying to book bus ticket from mumbai to Goa through ixigo . The payment was successful and the money was deducted from my account however booking was not confirmed. The payment reference number is IGAOMXGIM4 on 19 Oct 2022. Please resolve the issue and initiate the refund.

Payment done twice
I booked a ticket on 8th of September (pnr [protected]) and chose phonepe app for the payment but the transaction was processing for a long time. So i wentback to ixigo and opted paytm for the payment and it was successfully done (UPI ref no[protected]. After some time the payment done thorugh phonepe also deducted (transaction ID T2209080606541646554079)
But ticket was issued only once. Here by i kindly request you to refunt the amount

I often uses your platform to purchse train and flight tickets.But yesterday i.e 17th september i was making a payment to my friend but due to some error the payment of 10, 000 was made to you.Plz send me amount back.The payment was made via paytm upi ref id[protected].

Did not get the refund back
Yesterday i booked a ticket from balugaon to adi but due to some reasons ticket got cancelled and i done payment ...so payment is done but ticket got cancelled so i want money back in my account bcz till now one day gone nd i did not recieve any refund in my account

I was booking a train ticket for which payment was done by upi id. Money has been deducted from my account and was paid to Le traveneus pvt ltd. but booking was not done. I m attaching the screenshot of the payment details. Please refund me the money.

I booked train ticket through irctc app, payment made to le travenues technology private limited via gateway ixigo [protected]@hdfcbank amount deducted but no message was received regarding booking of the ticket. Even we did not received pnr number. Either booked the same ticket or refund my money back.

As i have given my upi address and i got payment request in my google pay. I've made the transaction. But after coming back to the ixigo app, there's no page showing my booking or my payment status or anything like that. So what's with this now?? I should atleast show either ticket is booked or not? So where's my money gone? What kinda service is this??

I booked ticket through irctc on 31/08/2019 12:33:07 txn id [protected] of rs. 1208.51and cancelled the ticket on 05/10/2019 14:20:50 cancellation id [protected] refund amount rs. 955 irctc refunded the amount of rs. 955 on 06/10/2019 through bank refund txn. Id [protected]. But the amount is not credited to my account till date. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Bank said that they did not found refund against the txn....
