I bought lee cooper formal shoe worth of 2599 in shopper stop Rcity Ghatkoopar . with in 3 months its front side and backside leather peeled of.
so i took it to shopper stop for exchange. Then they told me that it will take 20 days to exchange.so i have submitted there. After 20 days they called me and saying that it wont come under warranty and warranty time for 3months only. while buying the product no one told about warranty and all now they are talking about these things. what is the use of spending that much of amount for this type of valueless product.
Now my thing is what i have to do? is it exchanged or not?

Hi, I've purchased a pair of shoes on 19 Oct 2016 at a show room in Chromepet, Chennai. Sole started detached from one shoe. a snap of damage and bill is attached herewith. shoe is deposited to the shop for rectification. they said that it will be stitched which is not acceptable to me as stitch may be visible. in this case, I need not buy such costly shoe. pls advise.

I purchased a lee cooper shoe month ago sole of the shoe gets cracked within 2 days o[censored]se. Now i m unable to wear shoes i purchased as i purchased it for rs. 2000 and not able to use it even once properly because sole of one of the shoe gets cracked. As product is in warranty i urge to company to replace the sole or replace the defective piece whichever possible.

Few days back I bought the lee cooper jean from big bazaar Varanasi whose serial number is[protected] later i found the thread of the jeans are coming out and multi colored thread has been used in the jeans plus shades on both the legs are different, one is more faded than the other one... thread around the waist is also coming out seems like a used one...

I purchased Lee cooper shoes for rs 2799 on 14/12/2015 in bangalore from sai vinayaka showroom.But I has already been damaged.When I visited the showroom they are not ready to take it.They are even telling to give compliant to anyone or you can call to customer care and speak them. Dear Sir/Madam, My Name Is Hamendra From Delhi. I had purchased shoes of brand Lee cooper dated: 13-07-15. Shoes Model No. LC 1573-blk.MRP-2599/-after 20% discount by retailer i had paid 2079. After some days in the shoes's sole brand tag auto removed which is pasted in the sole's bottom and I have found many bore in the sole bottom and when I walk I feel air/water come inside the shoes by sole bottom. I have contact to customer care they were agreed for the exchange. today (dated: 19-9-15) i visited to Lee Cooper Noida Customer care centre they have demand pay difference MRP and Discounted paid amount. Hi, I bought Lee Cooper Shoes in 09th Nov. 2014 and after 15 days Its soles remove suddenly. I have given that shoes to the shop keeper from where i bought it but he taken 25 days for repairing. Hello I had purchased Lee Cooper shoes from METRO SHOES, Chinchwad on 28-Nov-2013. Price of the shoes was Rs. 2499/-. Within 6 months sole of left shoe was cracked. I am surprised to see such a poor performance by Lee cooper brand. Even in these 6 months I hadn't used the shoes very regularly. But unfortunately I am not in the Pune city. Hello, I am a regular user of the footwear brand and unfortunately encountered a bitter experience post purchase of sandals 45 days back from Reliance Footprint. I had worn it on 3 occasions and the toe holder has torn off. Currently the sandal is non-wearable.

Dear Sir, I bought a shoes on 10 may 2014 from reliance footprints opulent mall Ghaziabad.he was creating problem within a week when i cleaned the shoes with shoe shiner the shoes leather was removing when i clean. I visited the reliance store and found the same problem. They takes me one week to change my shoes after one week they replaced my shoes but i asked him its is new or old they told me its your replaced shoes.now i am using the replaced shoe. Dear Sir, This is to complaint against a pair of Lee Cooper Shoes that I bought from "Centro, Manjeera Trinity Mall, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India". I bought the shoes on 29th April 2014 and within 17th May 2014 the leather on one of the shoes started wearing/peeling off. In my whole life I've never seen such a thing happening to a branded company's shoe like yours. I immediately took the shoes back on 17th May 2014, to the above mentioned shop from where I purchased it. However, the employees of the shop said that it's very difficult to get it replaced. I argued with them that since Lee Cooper is providing 3 months warranty then why can't I get it replaced. After this they asked me to leave the shoes with them and promised to get back to me by Wednesday (21st May 2014). However, till today no one from the shop bothered to call me. Therefore, when I called them yesterday in the morning, they said they will be calling me in an hour. Nevertheless, even after one hour no one called men back. So I called them again, and one of the employees responded that the concerned person is not available and will only come on Friday (23rd May 2014). Today, one of the employees from "Centro" called me and informed that "Lee Cooper" has rejected my shoes stating that I've myself damaged my shoes somehow!!! Is this acceptable from a famous brand like "Lee Cooper" ???? Is this a way to treat your customers? I previously purchased a pair of shoes from "Mochi" and it got torn within only one week. However, as soon as I went to their shop with the torn shoes, they immediately replaced it with a fresh pair. So my question is when a customer spends his/her hard earned money behind a renowned company like yours, they expect to be fully satisfied with your after sales service as well. I've never been harassed in my life in this way earlier. Therefore, my earnest request is that you kindly look into the matter and get my shoes replaced. I have bought lee cooper shoes on 16th feb 2014 from reliance footprints ambience mall gurgaon!! I got 3 months warranty if there comes any defect in my shoes. After 2 months i noticed that threads started coming out from both of the pair and i went to shop day before yesterday and sales executive told me that it will be repaired but i want it to be replaced as i got it for around 2500 rs and why i should get the repaired one. Dear Sir, I have purchased the Shoes of Lee Cooper. I have observed that the Sole is crumbled / cracked from heel side, while the top leather is perfectly good. The Sole from heel side also seems halo from inside while pressing from out side. I am surprised that how the quality of Lee Cooper Shoes become so bad. I am a regular user of Lee Cooper shoe. i have purchase new shoes of lee cooper from showroom lee cooper, mandi dabwali, haryana 13.9.13. Hello, I purchasesd Lee cooper shoes and i wore two - three times, but after 3-4 hours ,my foot soles feels wetness from inside. This should not happen with such big brand. Dont know what is the problem,. Is that low quality material used or something different ? i brought lee cooper shoe on 25 feb 2013 from gurgaon metro shoes
shop no.1-b mgf mall, 2nd flr dlf-2 gugaon-2 and the served by xxxxx in which the shoes article no.lc9518 in the shoes box and price
is 2499. and in the shoes with sealed tag is 2285 with article
no.lc1518. and shop charged me 2499. at the time of card payment i
have not seen the price i thought the price is 2285 which is in the
shoes tag but when i reached i saw the bill is 2499 and in shoes is
2285 and in box 2499. i call to the shop he told the price is 2499 is
right price and it is mistaken in the shoes tag price how can i
believe. it is true the sealed price tag is 2285 in shoes i will
purchased that only.which is in the price in shoes. not in the box of
the shoes.
please take action about all these thing.

I had purchased a Lee Cooper Shoes from Outer Shell in Kandivali (East) who claims to be the Authorised dealer for Lee Cooper Shoes
However both the sole of the shoes were cracked and broken within 2 hours of wearing them
I think either the quality was bad or else Outer Shell is selling duplicate Lee Cooper Shoes
Request you to please check into this as it is spoiling the brand name

I have purchased the Shoes of Lee Cooper in Big Bazaar at Growel in Kandiwali around a year back with the price of around Rs. 2000
Suddenly the Sole is completely cracked and breaking into the small pieces by just touching the shoe.

I am surprised that how the quality of Lee Cooper Shoes become so bad in just one year. Tell me why some body should buy Branded Shoes like Lee Cooper for 2000 with no good life.

I got a pair of Lee Cooper shoes (Model Number LC1230) from a store named

Kobler, in Alwarpet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India on the 16th of August 2012 and the sales rep sweet

talked me to buy this pair and I also found it attractive. I thought I would go for it which I did and

the cost of the shoe was INR 2000/- with a different price tag (yellow in colour) but also had another price

tag which belonged to Lee Cooper and surprisingly the price was scratched out which still can be seen and the

cost of it was INR 1985/- I had no issues with the price but now I do because when I reached home I realised the

sole on one of shoes had a different colour than the other one where on was light and the other was dark in

colour which got me really furious. So I called up the number which was printed on the bill and informed the

lady who answered my call stating that I will have to change the shoe (that's all I said) and she replied "get

it here and we will replace it".
I'm sure this must be a product that was rejected from Lee Cooper and I wonder how did it

reach a well known store named kobler?

I will be going back to this store again to get the shoe replaced and if they don't have the same colour I will

demand for a refund and once that's done I'm never going back to Kobler and will not choose Lee Cooper ever again.

I purchased a Lee kooper shoe 6 months back from Ernakulam Reliance shop.After that with out much usage the inner sole of the shoe broken and always making a foul smell from the shoes.My foot got damaged due to the crack and infected with fungal problem.There is nobody able to a proper service in my area, kindly look in to the issue.

THE SOLE OF 1 SHOE HAS CRACKED AND NOW ITS NOT WEARABLE.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. GOT THIS SHOES FOUR TIMES AT DIFFERENT STORES AND SEND BACK TO H.Q. - NOIDA FOR REPAIR BUT EVEN THAN THE PROBLEM PERSISTS.
