I purcahse lee cooper shoe (bill no. VSL - 17624) on 23/03/2011 from M&B showrom, GIP maill<noida. I used shoe for 4-5 days but after that the skin of the right shoe started peeling off, so after some day i went to showroom for replacement but they din't replaced and got it repaired from comapny giving assurance that it will not peel again. But again the skin has started peeling off and i can't use it anymore. Now rahter than replacing the shoe they are giving excuse that this can't be replaced as you might have peeled the shoe with a rough surface (like hitting the shoe with stone, etc) but to be fair i have used this shoe only 6-7 times.

I have taken Lee cooper shoes worth 2600/- before year n half form Raghullia mall Central at vashi navi mumbai.
Unfortunately the Shoes soul is cracked ,when I approach the Central I was informed that we have to check if possible it can be repaired but service charges will be applicable .
I informed them that the Boots are hardly been used by me and they are not wore on daily basis .Also in rainy season.I want my boots to be repaired at no cost of mine.

I want to know is this the value for money that lee cooper provides

I purchased Lee Cooper shoes eight month before from Metro, Chennai . Its sole has completely cracked and pieces of the soul detaching day by day. am unable to wear as the condition of the shoe is too pethetic now. Even though i purchased it eight months back, I hardly used it. I paid Rs.2390(Approximate). Is there any way to get this issue sorted out? I had been used the same brand same model for 2.5 years without any issues.

I purchased lee cooper shoe worth rs.1931(inclusive of tax).from brita footware, #58/113, thiyagaraya road, pondy bazar, chennai. Within a Day I observed that, the sole is separated from shoe (front portion).I have contacted the Shop owner. After two months still the same is not replaced nor any support is provided by the supplier to rectify the defect.

I bought a lee cooper (no limit series) pair of shoes from shopper stop. The shoes broke 2 times within a period of 6 months and were repaired. The shoe was so badly made that its stiching came out for the third time. When I went to shopper stop they refused to repair it as period of 6 months had lapsed since I bought it. The shoe was a executive series costing around 4k and still the entire stiching broke.
I feel cheated and want the company to have a look at how badly they have made the shoe so that such mistake is not repeated again.

Lee cooper shoe Sole damage with one month.

The quality of shoes was so superb with tough leather and the weight of shoes were the USP; besides the shoe sole that were so rugged that it hardly used to worn off even after 2-3 years o[censored]se....... I am finding it difficult to use your shoes as the shoe soles not even last for 1 months (Product deterioration is a Unique Innovation to enhance repeat purchase)? I think Lee Cooper is not interested in customer loyality now.

I have purchased the lee cooper shoes from lifestyle kalyani nagar pune

I was so happy to spend 2000 rs. as I was getting the good brancd shoes from lee cooper

I purchased the shows for office purpose in jul 10 .

Fortunatey I have a car and my office is near to my residence , so wear the shoes from residence to may can and car drive only 1min as office is close 1 km, and in office , in my office there is blanket on the floor

using the shoes in this fashion from jul to 27th nov . following are the complaints

1. sole is coming out for left leg piece

2. inner lining is coming out for both shoes

i visited back to life style and submitted the bill and shoes ,

they were claiming that repair will be done at agra or delhi , ( they were confused ) TAT is 35 days .

what is the policy of waranty
first 3 months - replace ment
then till 6 months - service

where i ll find the waranty wordings ?

Subject:Substandard foot wear from Lee Cooper.

I had purchased a Lee Cooper gents sandal Model Ralf from Legend Stores at Vapi -Gujarat in Jan'10.
Model No. of the sandal was RALF.

After one month of purchase itself the upper leather of the sandal started rupturing and the polish of the sandal was taken off..
Within the span of seven months,the stitching of the sandal had completely opened and its soul had also cracked.
The condition of the sandal has become so pathatic that it is not worth the tag of the reputed company Lee Cooper.

We are totally dissatisfied with the big brand name Lee Cooper and if not provided proper reply/compensation we would like to further take this matter up to the consumer court.

i bought lee cooper high neck shoe 6 months back from metro walk,rohini,delhi.but within 2 months sole cracked (upper part is still in good condition) and when i asked them to either replace or at least for repair.they totally refused me.now i had a sight of relief when mr ashish promised me to help.i lost my receipt and i told that to mr ashish also..he said no need to worry..thanks dear..please HELP ME..

I BOUGHT LEE COOPER SHOES(STEEL TOE NO.8) ON 29 JULY 2009 AT THE RATE RS.2650.00 THROUH OM BOOT HOUSE SAROJINI NAGAR MARKET NEW DELHI ON DEC2009 BOTH SHOES SOUL WAS CRACKED. SO I SUBMIT THESE SHOES TO OM BOOT HOUSE AND I BOUGHT NEW SHOES OF RS.800.00 FROM OM BOOT HOUSE . THEY SAID I WILL COME AFTER ONE AFTER ONE WEEK AFTER REPAIR. AFTER AROUND ONE & HALF MONTH ON START OF MARCH THEY GIVE MY OLD SHOES WITH NEW SOUL CHARGE RS. 300.00 GIVE ME COMPANY ORDER FORM. I APPEAL THAT IF BOUGHT SO EXPENSIVE SHOES I DESIRE IT WILL RUN AT LEAST TWO OR MORE YEAR. THEY SOLD ME ONE YEAR SOUL GAUARNTEE. SO PLS REVERT MY REFUND RS. 300.00 EXCHAGE MY OLD SHOES WITH A NEW SHOES.

I had purchased Lee Cooper denim from Pantaloons Ahmedabad on 30-Oct-09. The fabric of the denim got tore off from the label, within first use itself. I had used it in normal conditions and there was no strectching of the fabric since I had put the belt over the label.
I took the denim to the Pantaloons Ahmedabad store and they refused to replace it saying it has been torn due to abnormal wearing. And they took decent 2 months to respond to my issue.


I would never recommend Lee Cooper & Pantaloons. I had found the customer service desk people very unprofessional.

I recently bought a Lee Cooper shirt from Pantaloon store in Borivali-w, Mumbai-92 (India). After wearing for just one day and putting it for first wash, shirt released huge amount of colour (I have pics of it on my cell), although shirt didn’t loose its colour completely it is very slightly faded, what is more painful was my other clothes which I had putten along with Lee Cooper shirt, some were light coloured and hence caught on red colour released by my new Lee Cooper shirt. Honestly it was really painful to see this and more painful was to do second round of washing for all those light coloured clothes and spending another 45 mins. I don’t think I need to elaborate on 45mins for working individual and plus other extra work I needed to do on weekend.
Lee Cooper has been one of the best brands for me, I bought this shirt for almost Rs1199 (i still have Pantaloon store purchase receipt) thats awful lot of money for a shirt which makes your clothes dirty. Frankly I am really upset and disappointed by the quality of product. I thought Lee Cooper stand for one of the best and this is what best looks like then I am guess I would not be buying any Lee Cooper product from now on.
