Unnecessary delay and loss of Rs 90,000

I applied for loan of Rs 20 Lac and it was sanctioned and for the disbursement date they took around 30 days and then finally cancelled the disbursement. Even not able to give reasons. Due to this delay i faced loss of Rs 90,000 charged by the builder bcoz of late payment. Now they even not returning the processing fees of Rs 10,000 which was for disbursement.

I've taken home loan amount Rs/-100000 (ten lacs). and a cheque of Rs/- 9927 is given to in favour of Lichfl for processing fees. such amount debited from my SBI account on dated[protected]. but Lichfl saying SBI did not credited such amount. and Lichfl again demaded a cheque of Rs/- 9927 for the processing fees. that I had given to Lichfl. I did not get back my processing fees which is debited from my SBI account on dated 23-01-10.br...
