No refund even after cancellation

We have enrolled our son to LIDO classes and wanted to cancel since February2022 but no one is responding on the cancellation and my amount around 1 lakh got deducted initally and every month am paying EMI for it .
Unable to caught hold of them and no one is responding anywhere.Request to guide in this regard.

I (Paramjeet singh, Father of Eveleen Kaur) had registered my daughter for coding classes with Lido learning as per following details:

On November 23, 2021, a payment of Rs. 36, 000/- was agreed upon for 140 classes, and I made the transaction using my SBI credit card. Officially, these were changed into EMI (32, 985.59 + interest) by Lido. Mr. Abhinav Kapoor successfully completed the registration process over the phone. There was a communication from Lido classes that we may opt for deregistration within 15 days and they will be refunding 100% amount.
Due to unsatisfactory courses, I requested Mr. Abhinav Kapoor for deregistration and initiate refund on 03.12.2021, and he assured me that he had deregistered me. Actually he was pausing classes temporarily to earn more time. With deceptive promises, he kept me in the dark. Meanwhile, he has asked me to wait because he is COVID positive and is completing the necessary formalities for deregistration and refund process.
On the lido parent app, classes were repeatedly reopening. By the end of December 2021, they had deducted her 7 classes out of 140 by suspending and restarting them in less than a month (it was their clever way to cheat customers).
Finally, on January 1, 2022, once again, I requested Mr. Abhinav Kapoor to provide an update on the reimbursement process. He assured me that I would receive a complete refund.
I wrote to LIDO Learning Care for assistance after getting no response regarding refund and deregistration as well as unprofessional behaviour and sensing fraudulent promises from Mr. Abhinav Kapoor.
The academic tutor, Ms. Prajakta Subhedar, called me. I gave her a detail of the entire episode. She assured me that she would seek deregistration and a reimbursement for my daughter registration (email communication and whatsapp communication with Ms. Prajakta are attached in annexure-2 and 3 respectively). Finally, she stated that she had completed the necessary tasks and that I should wait for 30-45 days. Classes were resumed on LIDO App for joining which we had deregistered. We noticed that both Mr. Abhinav Kapoor and Ms. Prajakta Subhedar are merely suspending classes momentarily at this point. I personally deregistered on app after knowing procedure from her. I contacted SBI Card and they told me that they wouldn't be able to do anything until LIDO told them to suspend the EMI. I have yet to receive a return for the money I paid to LIDO.
I also attempted to contact LIDO executives via email and on the LIDO CAHTBOAT (Communications are provided in Annexure-2 and 3).
Summary and humble Request to you:
I respectfully request your assistance in obtaining a refund. LIDO is a deception website where parents are perused continuously until they agree to enrol their children. They will contact you at all hours of the day and night during the payment process, but once payment is made, no one will answer. They deceive others for financial gain.
In contrast to the response got during the offer discussion and until payment, contacting the Lido team after registration is essentially impossible. I tried using the Parents App to contact the Lido team but was unable to connect with any of the members. Despite placing a request on Whatsapp, I did not receive a call from the Lido team. Finally, I texted Mr. Abhinav Kapoor to request that courses be stopped, and he guaranteed a complete refund, just as he had promised during the course's promotion. Ms. Prajakata Subhedar called me about this, and she promised me that she has deregistered my daughter from the backend and assured me of a reimbursement. I have yet to deregister on app and receive a return for the money which I paid to LIDO.

I m complaining about my refund
I paid to lido learning in advance the full course fees of my sons online class whereas they declared that they will charge only for the class attended. After few classes due to network issue I cancelled the balance class. But it has been more than a year they did not refund my balance amount. The customer care only says they have initiated the refund and will get in a month but after a year still I did not get the refund. My no. [protected].

Hi Sir / Madam,
Lido learning team has cheated me by taking 72, 000 loan to their account on my name by mis using my documents for the purpose of having free one day coding camp.
Now, earlysalary needs mail from Lido learning team to cancel the loan.
I am not paying EMI but they are showing the loan is outstanding in my name and affecting my CIBIL score.
Please help me to solve the problem.

Farud Company - PATHETHIC SERVICES
During last year around September 2021 We received a call from company LIDO learning about a demo class for our Child Priyansh Jain. We have taken the demo with clear instructions that we will not be forced to take any further classes or also wont need to pay any fees for the demo. However after the demo the representative of the company Miss Yogita continuously called for more then month for us to enroll for the classes after almost more then month we agreed that we will enroll only on one condition if our child will attend your class then only we will pay fees which has been assured by Miss Yogita also that you pay the fees and if your child will not attend the class will refund you the fees. Then she enrolled us for the classes through Bajaj finance which has upfront paid the whole fees for the classes and started EMI from our account. Few month passed by and as we expected our child didn't attended single class at LIDO learning platform and we tried calling Miss Yogita to refund the fee and stop the EMI for which initially she said that we will refund the fees she has escalated the query but after sometime she started not to pick our calls only and said that she left the LIDO Learning. After trying many times we didn't get response from the numbers she has provided so after getting irritated of all this in month of February 2022 we tried to search on google about LIDO customer care and due to bad day we got connected to some fraudster who through Phone pe and other platform has did fraud with us for which have already filed complaint with police department and cyber crime department. After all this which we went through, we used whatsapp number for help however even after assurance received by the customer care of lido learning about our fee we have not received our Fees refund. We also have all the call recordings of Miss Yogita assuring us that all the fee will be refunded if class is not attended and all the other way she assured us to enroll for the class. It is a fraud by LIDO learning. We sincerely request everyone to stay away from LIDO Learning

Unnecessary deduction...No refund
I have raised the request to stop my Emi in November 2021..They told me that it will be stopped within 45 days .At the same time they discontinued the remaining classes for which I already paid and told me it will be refunded back ..From November to till every month ecs is deducting...Nobody is there to listen...I have put my hard earned money for my child's future betterment but I lost my money trust everything..Please take harsh step against them and pls suggest how could I stop my Emi...

Regarding Refund

Dear Sir,
I have enrolled for my Two kids with Lido Learning and paid total amoutn in advance for 12 months. With their initial email, there was cancellation policy with refund, if we discontinue. As my kids and we are not happy with teaching and we have conveyed to discontinue her classes from immediate effect. It has been almost 3 months now and we are yet to get our refund.
After my notification to discontinue the classed, for few days, no one from Institute was picking up my call and getting only one reply from Customer Care that some one will come back to us or matter is been escalated. Still no one came back to me and even no refund process is initiated by them.
I have serious complain for Lido Learning and cautioning all the parents to make sure to pay only after you have positive experience with their online classes. My personal experience is not that good. These people will call you multiple times at the time of enrolment and arrange demo classes with good tutors. After enrolling and making payment, this may not be true. Secondly, after I discontinue the classes, none of them have picked up my calls or responded my calls, which is very unprofessional approach of Lido Learning.
I hope, with this complain, I expect my refund soon and other people will not experience such bad experience...

Response and refund issue
They have given us trial time but after 2classes we have informed them to unenrolled but they didn't take any responsibility and start deducting money from my account I have raise the complaint on line but nobody responded, then mysel[censored]nenrolled online from their portal but nothing happened and again next month money for deducted.Then I got the number of mr Jay he said kindly drop the mail on their customer care but no response from lido learning.Later after regular communication with Mr.jay from lido nothing happened and he said he left the company.lidobis big fraud company now I am going to raise FIR against them do that I can get my hard-earned money back.

I am waiting for the refund since last 5 months. Every time the customer care number says "all our executives are busy". they nor even reply nor even refunded the amount. I am going to file complaint against them...they are making fool in name of education..no responsive person whom to contact..

EMI not yet Cancelled and Not Refund - Past six months

I Enrolled my son in LIDO on sep 2021 and due to some unavoidable reason unenrollment has been done on sep 2021 itself, I have not taken any classes from LIDO. Payment opted as debit card emi with emi partner ShopSe. I have raised unenrollment and refund on 17th september 2021. On 3 Oct 2021 received message as refund request has been approved. And attached the screenshots for reference.
The LIDO Support executive said "Refund is approved and EMI will be cancelled and the refund will be done in 15 to 45 days".
This month (march 2022) also deducted the EMI amount from my account.Attached the transaction details for reference.
But till date EMI has not been cancelled and six months have passed.
Whenever contacted the refund support team, they say it is in progress. From February 2022, refund support not picking the phone. And no response from [protected]@lidolearing.com for the status request in email.

Dear Team
I have taken coaching classes from lido learning for my daughter. But due to some personal reason we have stopped taking classes and inform to lido team for further processing for my refund and stop my future emi. Refund request already approved approx 3 month back but still I have not receive any refund amount and my Emi still debited from my account even we are not taking any classes.
Lido learning team not responded me properly
Kindly look into the matter

I enrolled my son in Dec 2021 and paid full fees, but due to bad quality of classes we applied for refund which was guaranteed by marketing fraud person Naman Misra who claimed to be from IIT himself. Today my son has not attended a single class because the teacher never showed up in online class, we have no refund and unable to reach customer care. Now I am learning that this fraud has been done with so many other innocent children and parents. No wonder this unethical company has failed, they deserve it. If someone has some suggestion about what can be done then please advise.

Refund from lido
My son, Luwin Se was enrolled at Lido during Sep 12, 2021, by your executives Gargi and Finance mgr, Kanishk sanghi.
I paid the initial downpayment of Rs.2500/- by transferring to Mr.Kanishk sanghi. The balance rs.47500/- was taken as loan from Ms.propelld.
But due to ease of lockdown, he cudn't continue, and signed off from the pgm within a week.
As assured during the enrollment process, refund was approved by LIDO.
But EMI amount of rs.3958/- was continuously getting deducted frm my account, frm Oct 2021 to Jan 2022. Totally 4 months EMI was deducted.
I was in constant touch with your REFUND call cente [protected] and propelld team, for cancellation of laon and for refund of EMI and downpayment.
After hectic effort, propelled confirmed the cancellation of loan and stoppage of deduction of EMI from Feb 2022.
During 5th feb 2022, one emi amt of rs.3958/- alone was refunded, out of 4 EMIs. Also, the downpayment of Rs.2500/- was not refunded to me.
Sir, it was just couple of minute process, to enroll, but it's almost 6 months, and I am still unable to get back my amount.
From Feb 2022, Refund call centre was not at all responding to my calls. Now frm March, calls are not getting connected to the call centre.
So sir, I am writing this to you .
I hope you would understand my situation and order your executives and refund the balance amount of (Rs . 3958 x 3 )+ rs.2500=14374, please.

Not getting refund for which I applied 6 months ago
Hi I'm Satender kumar, I'm yuvin's parent.i hereby inform you that I have applied for refund in july month of 2020...but my refund is not disbursed not even after 8months...while your policy said it must complete within 45 days...sir I'm totally furstrated to call on hotline no. But your team blocked me...they didn't respond...sir please reply...now I'm going in consumer court for the same

Money Fraud, refund not credited yet

This is punam mother of sidharth kumar yadav.
I’ve taken enrollment of my kid on your lido platform on 14 th November 2021.
Right after a week of enrollment I found this platform is working for my kid and I decided to withdrawal of my kid from your platform and registered request for REFUND on 27/11/2022.
As per lido trust certificate, lido promised to return entire payment amount if refund request placed within 14 days from the day of enrollment.
I’ve attached Lido Certificate of Trust which was sent to me from Lido for proofing.
I’ve paid an enrollment fees of 36, 000.00 through credit card.
After placing refund request
I got a confirmation call from lido support that you’re amount will be credited back to original payment source by 15 th January 2022.
After that I’ve registered complaints and placed multiple calls regarding refund to customer support.
But after every call your support team replied that it’s going to credit soon into your account, and requested to wait.
It’s been more than 110 days now I haven’t got any refund.
Later i got to know from the sales person that lido is shutdown totally.
I’ve attached screenshots of the payment, chats with customer support and refund request placed for the reference.

i don't know where to file complaint against this Fraud Company.
i've already put FIR against Sahil Seth, Karthik Mukka Readdy, SG Laxmipriya and submitted complaint against this fraud company to various supporting website in a hope that one day i'll get my refund.
please accept this as my formal complaint against Lido and Sahil Seth and help me out to get my refund back.

I’ve attached Lido Certificate of Trust which was sent to me from Lido for proofing.
I’ve paid an enrollment fees of 36, 000.00 through credit card.
After placing refund request
I got a confirmation call from lido support that you’re amount will be credited back to original payment source by 15 th January 2022.
After that I’ve registered complaints and placed multiple calls regarding refund to customer support.
But after every call your support team replied that it’s going to credit soon into your account, and requested to wait.
It’s been more than 110 days now I haven’t got any refund.
Later i got to know from the sales person that lido is shutdown totally.

lido has done a money fraud of my hard earned money of rupees 36, 000
they are not responding to calls neither on their mail, when i tried to spoke to salesperson and managers they all are saying they were just employee their, they don't know anything.
i don't know where to file complaint against this Fraud Company.
i've already put FIR against Sahil Seth, Karthik Mukka Readdy, SG Laxmipriya and submitted complaint against this fraud company to various supporting website in a hope that one day i'll get my refund.
please accept this as my formal complaint against Lido and help me out to get my refund back.
I’ve taken enrollment of my kid on your lido platform on 14 th November 2021.
Right after a week of enrollment I found this platform is working for my kid and I decided to withdrawal of my kid from your platform and registered request for REFUND on 27/11/2022.
As per lido trust certificate, lido promised to return entire payment amount if refund request placed within 14 days from the day of enrollment.

Lido Learning - fraud
Lido learning is such a fraud company, i purchased 140n classes and only 2 classes conducted, then i raise request for refund, it is almost 5 month over no update on my refund

I enrolled my daughter in Grade 2 and she attended only one week classes and is not satisfied to continue the same so I requested Ms. Rashi Mathur Academic mentor that we want to discontinue and want refund. We are chasing your team for the last 2 Months. I have also contacted Mr. Abhishek Malik who is from the Sales team but still didn't get a positive response from both sides . The only response It is under process and will take some time . I requested you to please help to refund the same . Now i have checked its scam or fraud or closed this e learning platform . Also not contacting to anyone . Attached screenshot for refund process but still not received. Please help.

Iam writing this review to help u guys. Most of the people in India dont know about CHARGE BACK . In case you are scammed by anyone involving your credit card as a method of payment, you can call your bank within a week of making the payment (Time can be 3 months as well depending on your bank) and tell them that you are scammed.The bank will return the mony back to you after receiving the proof of payment i.e transaction ID.
NOTE: As per my information CHARGE BACKS are clammed only if the method of payment is CREDIT CARD.

This is fraud company, don't belive...
They will be coordinating with you only until they get the full amount, then it's big question mark???? It's not possible to get back your hard earned money. Plz dont waste money in this kind of fake company...
My Daughter has not even attended single class... You can't reach them after your payment... You will not get any contact number to reach them... All fake numbers will be switched off or won't work...you can't find their contact number in their website or any forms, all are fake numbers... Only useless what'sapp chat and default template msg that too won't work after you ask for refund...
We have sent many emails, most of their website mails are bouncing back and only one mail is working, but you won't get any revert..
Anyway we are going to file a case against them...
Parents, Plz don't belive this fake institute and if you are already there, Plz be alert...

Sir I have enrolled my daughter for the online classes in the month of January, 2022 for class 2 standard through LIDO online classes. I have been told to pay 36000 for a year in one installment but also gave me an option of EMI basis, 3000 p.m. I have been told that it would be 15 days trial classes in case if you are not willing to take further classes your EMI will be refunded within 15 days but neither the money has been refunded nor they replied my mail. Lido learning is such a fraudulent company, we haven't taken any single class but they r taking money. We have tried reaching them thru all the ways but all failed.

Online classes not in Progress..
My kid had been taking online coding classes from lido since jan 2021.. 139 classes still left.. & no no response from their side. I want my refund of balance classes.
