In May 2021 I Receive A Call From LIDO Learning Representative, They Provide Me All Detail Regarding LIDO. I Decided To Take Demo Class For My Child Anant. Demo Class Teacher Was Roshni. The Demo Class Was Very Attractive That's Why I Think It Will Benefited To My Child. She Also Conveyance Me. I Decided To Join LIDO And Make Payment Through My Credit Card (EMI). Roshni Promised Me She All Solve My All Problem If I Face During Course. When The Regular Class Stated, I Was Wondering That The Teacher Is Not Up To The Mark, They Are Changing Teacher Repeatedly And The Batch Of My Child Also Fix With South Indian Child. It Was Also A Big Task For Teacher To Manage Two Different Language Child. After Attending 10-12 Classes I Decided To Discontinue With LIDO. I Receive Many Call From Representatives To Join Again, But I Say NO. I Also Call To Roshni, But She Didn't Provide Me Proper Response. I Have All Chat Record With Her.

After All Above Matter LIDO Is Continuing Recovering EMI From My Credit Card Monthly.

Now I Am Requesting You Please Refund My All Amount Which You Have Recovered From Credit Card,

    I enrolled my daughter for a 15 day trial class which was offered by Lido (Please refer the Invoice date and Invoice number as above). They said that they will be refunding the amount if we did not find it useful. However they did not say that they are processing a loan on my behalf on my debit card and I have to pay EMI on the amount. When I realized that I asked for refund of 25K which they deducted from my account. However they said that their refund policy says that the refund process will take another 45 days. However even after 7 months I am yet to get my money back. Every time when I tried to contact them; they have asked for some excuse and assured me that they will refund the amount the very next month towards the end. This went on for more than 5 times and during these period I was also paying the EMI including the interest on the loan. The service for which I have never got.

    I am totally fed up with this fraudulent company. I have lost all the hopes of them giving my money back. Now they have closed all the doors to contact them. Their so called "Refund Hotline" has went cold and their Whatsapp contact number is not responding anymore to my IMs. Their emailid has not responded to any of my queries yet.

    No one can contact their COE and no one knows who is the owner.
    All points to the fact that they are doing organized looting and we parents who wants only the best for our children are falling trap to such fraudulent companies
    We are also suffering from Lido learning with out getting refund paying EMI. Did you people got any solution please

      Since two consecutive date, no intimation about online class.Neither phone cal or whatsapp massages.
      Same here even my kid is unable to join on 28th Feb as well as today 2nd March.
      Unable to get hold of phone no. Of ms vinti, academic tutor.
      Same here, my son hv enrolled for coding on 19th jan, but no classes after 15 days of enrollment. No responce from Lido. No one is picking up calls. I have taken loan from Lido's finance partner EarlySalary. Both are fraud...case should be filed against EarlySalary too...they knew everything...i talked to their agent...then after no one taking calls from EarlySalary also...so Lido & EarlySalary both work together in donig fraud...

        I have enrolled my daughter for lido learning for 240 classes and paid 60, 000 rupees in February 2021. She attended 79 classes and unenrolled from lido learning in August 2021 because of school commencement. They promised that I can unenroll whenever I want and they will refund the money for remaining classes. 40, 000 rupees for remaining classes is to be refunded for me. But there is no update of the refund money.i am waiting for 6 months now.

          I had enrolled my child for Coding trial classes in December 2021and for that classes i had already paid Rs.1800/- afterthat i had refused for further classes but unfortunately Lido Learning has done loan by conspiracy in my name without my any request/consent and deducted 5583/- from my account through ECS debit. Although I had already refused to Lido Learning for any loan and informed him to discontinue the classes.
          Now their representative neither receive my call nor giving any reply of my mail. Lido Learning is totally fraudulent company and playing with hard earning of people in the name of online classes. So be aware from this company.

            I have request refund on Oct 2021 but still not received my refund

              They bluffed the parents despite knowing the fact that they are going to close soon. In Feb 2022, they contacted me for my kid . They had been in my contact from last 6 months. I paid for 140 classes in Feb only. They knew that they are going to close soon but still trapped as many parents they could. Strict action need to be taken against the companies like this who are doing scam on the name of education. Legal action must be taken to refund the money taken from the parents.
              Lido learning is a fraud company on the name of education they are fooling and trapping parents. Asking lots of money for courses and while asking for refunds .. no response from company.. help

                Lido learning is a big fraud company. In the name of education they falsely trap the parents.

                In our case, the representative came over and trapped us by falsely committing that we will get videos of class 1 to class 10. My son is in class 10th.

                Whatever the representative committed was never honored by Lido like Doubts clearing session etc.

                When we told them to cancel, we were told that this cannot be cancelled and we have to continue by force. This is absurd. They said that we could cancel only within 15 days of the first class.

                This is one sided and now we are getting extortion calls for fees payment. We tell them that we have emailed for cancellation but still we get such calls (I'll term it as extortion calls) for fees payment.

                Don't fall in their trap.

                      I have make payment of Rs. 44000/- for online classes to LIDO. But after few classes they stopped conducting online classes. Now, I am following them to conduct class or refund the money. But they are not responding. Company employees and CEO are total fraud.

                          I had enrolled my daughter in 5 may 2021 on lido 120 classes for class 2 but due to some reasons we cancelled it in 2 months since june-july 2021 we are still struggling to get refund as these classes was on a loan from bajaj finance and its emi is being continuing deducted every month which at of no use us . And today is 17 feb 2022 we have no information about fraud lido learning and the person who enrolled us has blocked us

                            In May 2021, I enrolled my kid for KG classes (120 classes) out of it 67 classes are already completed with zero knowledge and rest 53 classes are pending. I paid 28.000.00. In October 2021, I have decided to quit and ask for the refund for pending 53 classes, what they are saying is horrible, for refund process 45 days they will where it was not mentioned at the time enrolment. For enrolment one of his Business manager gave the assurance, if not happy with classes will refund immediately and more likely another trap that parents fall into at the time of enrolment. Still I am waiting to get a refund but no response from the Lido Learning Team, which is very sad to any parent who invests his hard work money but one day you will find yourself very upset.I suggest please don’t get fall into their trap because once you pay, money and your kid’s carrier get collapsed
                            If there is any doubt about my post, I will be ready to share the WhatsApp chat recording video as well.
                            Tutors are inexperienced and may be with fake degree as well

                              I enrolled in lidolearning.com in November, 2021 for my kid and I cancelled my enrolment after 2 days. They informed to attend atleast 3 classes for my kid and then my cancellation will be processed. I did the same and initiated cancellation request and sought for refund. They called me and informed that my request for refund was approved and it will take 45 days to credit my account and I also received an email regarding the same. Now 90 days passed and no amount refunded till date. last month some one called and told me that my refund required 30 days more to process. But no one replied and I found that the company was shutdown on February 01st, 2022. My EMI's are still in active and amount was debiting every month.

                                  Dear Consumer Complains,

                                  I have been chasing for my hard earned money since October 2021 no refund till date.

                                  Parent and students please no not get carried away like we did and do not enroll with Lido Learning like we did as this is a fraud company once you pay up there is no way your hard earned money is coming back.

                                  After taking the free classes from Lido Learning, we were invited for Zoom call on 24th October 2021, where the Lido learning team wanted to ask us to buy more classes for our daughter Megan . We were told by the Manager Shivangi (mobile no [protected]) who claimed that she earlier worked at Biju before coming to Lido. that you can ask for a refund anytime within 15 days and the refund would be done immediately no questions asked.

                                  we then did a payment for Lido Learning of Rs 19000/- on Shop Se via my credit card.

                                  Unfortunately there was an emergency in the family . and we needed money.

                                  Hence we placed a refund request was placed in the parent super app on the 28th October 2021 just 4 days after we had enrolled

                                  After the payment had been done the Manager Shivangi (mobile no [protected]) refused to even pick up my calls and we also sent many SMS messages and what’s app messages but no reply to help process our refund request.

                                  Till date I have not got any update regarding the refund.

                                  Moreover there is no customer service at all only an AI chat bot app on what's App no +[protected] and even if we manage to get someone to chat and we ask for a refund there is no reply.

                                  I also have tried calling the customer service no +[protected] which is always busy/

                                  I have been chasing for my hard earned money since October 2021 no refund till date.

                                  waiting for a solution for the same.

                                    I have taken classes from lido learning for my son n they promised whenever u want u can get refund. In August I have applied for refund till now I didn't got refund. I have called so many times in November month they people tell me u will get your refund in month end.
                                    Again in December n January also they told me same. Now its February still I have not received . It is not small amount. Can anyone help me how can I get my refund. I have all recording when I called them.
                                    I think there are so many people who r facing this issue. Can we all come together n fight for this so we can get our refund.

                                      I enrolled my son in LIDO Learning class, just attended the 2 free, then in two days i raised for cancellation of enrollment and EMI on the 13 Jan 20221.
                                      Till today EMI is not cancelled and still deducting the money.
                                      EMI is done through the sopshee.

                                      Bank and Banker saying this to be cancel by merchant (LIDO).

                                      No response from finance executive team/Customer care on phone/email of LIDO .

                                          Dear Sir/Ma'am,
                                          This is Komal Bhardwaj, mother of Tejas Bhardwaj. I have purchased the Lido learning app on the promise that if my child dont like the app in trial period, then we will get our complete refund.
                                          I had purchased it Nov end week. And our request to initiate refund was filed in that week only. Refund was approved on 17 dec, still I hadn't received my refund .Even regular deductions are there from my account as EMI.
                                          I am fed up to call them again and again and asking for refund.
                                          i hope 40-45 days commitment of refund will be done by them.

                                            I have enrolled my kid with lido learning in the month of Sep 2021, after few classes tutor told she cannot teach my kid due to he is weak and suggested us to get changed his grade and tutor or get cancel the classes. After discussion with Mentor I have requested for cancellation of classes on 7th Oct 2021 and they approved it on 13th Oct 2021. They told I will take 45 days for refund but still I dint get any refund. The customer support don't response my call, Incase told my call they keep on saying you will be getting refund. In the month dec 2022 after discussion with Finance team they sent email stating I will be refunded mid of Jan 2022. In Jan 2022 I have call them back to get status of refund now they are staying they will try to refund In mid of Feb 2022.
                                            Where the bank is deducting my EMI every month from Oct 2021 to Jan 2022.
                                            no one from Institute was given a proper response on call or WhatsApp chat, and getting only one reply from Customer Care that someone will come back to us or the matter is been escalated. Still, no one came back to me and even no refund process is initiated by them.
                                            I have a serious complaint about Lido Learning and caution all the parents to make sure to pay only after you have a positive experience with their online classes.

                                              I enrolled my daughter for Lido classes and cancelled the classes within week time according to their policy within 15 days if cancellation full refund will be provided but even after 5 months they're not given my refund .
                                              I have called several times to Lido customer care number but no response from them.

                                                I enrolled my son in LIDO Learning class, just attended the 1 free, then in two days i raised for cancellation of enrollment and EMI on the sep 2021.
                                                Till today EMI is not cancelled and still deducting the money.
                                                EMI is done through the sopshee.

                                                Bank and Banker saying this to be cancel by merchant (LIDO).

                                                finance executive team of LIDO saying always in progress it will be done.

                                                    We have enrolled my son's "Aashritha Krishna and Neeraj Krishna" with Lido Learning and paid the total amount in advance. With their initial/personal discussion, there was a cancellation policy with a refund, if we discontinue.
                                                    As my son and we are not happy with the principles and teaching and we have conveyed to discontinue the classes from immediate effect. It has been almost 3 days since we are unable to raise a refund request and contact them.
                                                    After my notification to discontinue the class, no one from Institute was given a proper response on call or WhatsApp chat, and getting only one reply from Customer Care that someone will come back to us or the matter is been escalated. Still, no one came back to me and even no refund process is initiated by them.
                                                    I have a serious complaint about Lido Learning and caution all the parents to make sure to pay only after you have a positive experience with their online classes.
                                                    My personal experience is not that good. These people will call you multiple times at the time of enrolment and arrange demo classes with good tutors. After enrolling and making payment, this may not be true.
                                                    I hope, with this complaint, I expect my refund soon and other people will not experience such a bad experience...

                                                      Maine 06 Sep.2021 ko coding ke liye mere bete ko enroll kiya tha. Uske liye unhone down payment 2250 liye the aur 10 month ke liye TCPL finance company se 2305 rupees ki emi chu karwai thi. Magar mere bete ko kisi half complete batch me teen class karwaye jo uske kuchh bhi samajh nahi aaya isliye maine 19 sep 2021 ko refund ke liye request kiya lekin 16 Dec. 2021 tak kuchh nahi hua. Fir 17 Dec. 2021 ko massage aaya ki mera refund request cancel ho gaya hai. 06 oct. 2021 se ab tak 4 emi 2305 har mahine TCPL Company mere account se online debit kar rahi aur mai kuchh bhi nahi kar pa ra hu.

                                                        Referral amount of Rs 10000 for the referral was promised at the start. Commitment of referral amount is being rejected, mentioned as it was inapplicable at the time of enrollment. Sales and marketing tactics are being told in luring students to join, enroll for this program. Lack of transparency, professional approach in regular operations, administration & expensive / high cost nature of this online education program makes it a non trustworthy source, definitely, there is lack of genuineness in this.
