super value voucher/bonus card

dear sir,
i am recharged my number ([protected])by your Rs 149 bonus card on 13 october.after 3 days i get a message from your company to recharge by Rs 12 for getting the benifit of 1paisa/second without any additional information but when i recharged by Rs 12 i found that my 149 bonous card is not working.

Therfore i request to u to give some sympathatic consideration and take some necessary action on the above complain.if...

Outgoing calls not in function in Roaming

Mobile No [protected] lifetime prepaid. Outgoing calls not taking place since 02.03.2008 while in roaming. Complaint lodged with Airtel Customercare on15.03.2008. Complaint No:[protected]. Customercare Executive promised to rectify the problem. No action till date.
Contacted Customercare today, 17.03.2008, 2 times. Senior Executive reports no problem in the system. Gives suggestion to select network manually and the problem will...
