I have ordered bean bag and pain 588rs. Got a text saying they will update once the product is shipped but have not received any communication from them until now. Please help

I seen the post on Facebook about bean bag, site name livecozy.in then I visit the site on 6th sep, order one bean bag and one sandals. After placing the order, I found that there is no information about my order. Please resolve this problem. Help me to get my money back...

The site livecozy.in is a fraud site, which sell the products at very cheaper rates, i have ordered been bags and 2 trousers from there and paid the whiole amount, but not delivered yet, i had tried to contact via mail but email id which is given on site is wrong...

Its ads come on facebook and instagram, then it becomes the responsibility of facebook and instagram to stop such fake sites and take some legal action.

I ordered 3 bean bags from this website called livecozy seeing their ad on instagram. I was charged 1198 for it, through paytm upi. They said they would ship it and notify me. It’s been 20 days since i ordered, no response and communication from their end. The order tracking page is not reachable and the website itself is not accessible. It’s a fraud company advertising on instagram and facebook.

Fraudsters webaite with convincing interface cheating in broad daylight that too with an instagram ad base. Valuable money is now lost. Someone help if they have any way to retrieve the money.

I have ordered two products in live cozy online shopping. I came to know about this eportal through facebook. There was no provision for checking order status. I tried reaching the contact number provided in the website but the number is not working. I tried sending email but email got bounced back.
I have attached the details of the products ordered and also the sms received for better understanding.

Desirable Resolution of my complaint:
I request you to deliver the products I ordered or refund my money.

I received a email regarding confirm order but there after no other email I received and now when m getting back to them I'm unable to contact them and there site is also not there anymore

Order placed and no confirmation received.
While checked for customer support, email id and phone number both are fake.. Would need help to get the entire amount to be refunded.

I order a bean bag worth Rs. 499 + Rs. 89 delivery charge with an online payment method. on 6/9/2020. Now, order no. 17408 is showing confirmed but I am not able to contact them or even getting updates on the same. The order has not yet arrived and the payment has been taken.
