purchased 1 giant bean bag

I saw the ad on instagram @3.30am, so i explored it and made an order of 1 giant bean bag @499 + 89 = 588. I have made a payment via upi to rohit sales (Paytm[protected]@paytm) for the order price. I have received a confirmation email that my order is placed @3.49am from this email id ([protected]@ximtyl.com via shopify.com) when i mailed them back the email get bounce tried to email them on [protected]@gmail.com (As per mentioned on their website). Please help me with this.

How come this complaint marked as Resolved? I also order bean bag on 6th sep, got message that they will inform once it is ready to ship. Today i tried to contact them in landline no.but it is dead and even write mail on given email id but it is fake.

Few days ago I ordered bean bag from this company through Instagram Advertisement and After that I didn’t get any update through them my money is debited after I contact them, but there i saw there email id and phone is faked And the company is totally fraud and Instagram is also equally responsible for this fraud thing,
How can they allow the company to advertise on their platform and how can such careless thing they do
We want our money back please take strongly action on this fake company

I ordered bean bag 6ft but still I didn’t get any delivery information as well the co tact details mentioned wrong.
Guys please report its webpage on Instagram Facebook so that they can block this
We’re all scammed in this matter, please let me know if anyone is intending to take legal action.

I have ordered bean bag from THIS WEBSITE (HTTPs://WWW.livecozy.in), I have made UPI payment as they did not gave COD option for purchase.
But I have not received any updates about my order.
I have tried to contact them about it via Mail & Contact they provide on their websites but both are fake. Email & Contact is not exist!!
I request you to please take a strict action on such fake sites.
Also I recommend you to take action on FACEBOOK to allow such fake advertising.
NOTE: They don't have login option!!
I know this is my mistake but I just want no other people should loose their money for such ###.

On September 6th 2020 Sunday I have ordered 1 bean bag sofa and paid Rs588/- via upi paytm to Rohit Sales Corporation, after the payment was deducted their was no mail confirmation or shipping details from Live Cozy.in website.
When I tried to contact them both customer care number and Email id are fake and are not reachable..
I want to know why is Google still promoting their Website in their portal?

I have reported it on instagram. The more people will report soon it would be removed. I guess
I am facing the same issue where the money has been taken 588.
Even I am facing the same issue...not able to track order nothing ..How to get refund 588?? Its been 2 days now !!
Please provide the insta page if anyone got the link, I wanna report too . Such a scam company !
