You supplied expired beer.

The timeline they told me was 2 days but it has been six days now and the order is not delivered. I started following up on calls and whatsapp from the 3rd day and each day they would say they will get the delivery done the same day but it never happens. Today on the sixth day i was told the issue has been escalated and the delivery will happen today but again no delivery in the stipulated time slot.
NOTE:- this is not the 1st time this has happened.

I ordered last 2 time is above 3k that is ok my last order was only 780₹ and they given to me. Now I'm asking to place onther order but they said we never taken below 2k order I don't understand what's going on.. All are owners of their own free will.. Whatever comes to their mind, they will do so. This is wrong have created a new way of taking money from people.

Today we ordered from this shop online but item wasn't delivered. When tried calling for refund the shopkeeper says instead of crediting(747₹) the amount, by mistake they debitted excess amount(7047₹). Now they are asking for credit card details and OTP again and again. Lately not responding to calls properly saying we won't refund. They had to Refund 747₹, instead credited excess amount 7047₹. I have attached the transaction details they did in the name of refund.

I have been a regular customer at vashi outlet.
Over the years i have collected allure points but have never redeemed them.
Over the past six months i find that my eligible allure points do noy get added up and i am always told that it will be done.
Today i rang up to say that i wanted to reddem my accumulted points and i was told that my number does not exist.
This is height of cheating a customer.

This is the third instance that the delivery has not been met.

I have spoken to the call center for the fourth time and was told the first three time that the bottle is our for delivery. The fourth time i was told the delivery is not possible because the required brand was not available. When asked to talk to supervisor i es refused access. Please let me talk to understand what the problem is. Thanks.

I ordered 2 Corona and 2 Hoegaarden beers from Living Liquidz on 25th of Oct '2015 around 10pm. I consumed one Corona and one Hoegaarden beer on 25th evening itself and started have the remaining beers next day afternoon. Then I realised that the Corona bottle has the expiry date of Sep '2015 and was sold to me in Oct '15. I immediately called the call centre number [protected] (it was around 5:15pm) and lodged my compliant. I was assured that the store manager, who was on leave, will call me back the following day. The operator confessed that a mistaken has taken place and the excuse being it was rush hour. Next day (27th Oct), I called the call centre number again to get the store manager call. Only after my call, store manager Vinayak called me (mobile number +[protected] and I explained him the issue. He said that since the bottle is opened he cannot do anything about it. During the calls, it was established that bottle was expired but only because I realised while drinking it I am not compensated or heard by anyone I hope this forum will give me justice. I don’t have the sale receipt but do have the bottle in possession. Looking for your help.
