I booked a paid service on 21st dec for my two wheeler (Activa-i) in lodha honda service chrompet.
On 22nd dec, thursday morning 9.30 am i received the invoice and asked to pay the bill. I asked them to show my two wheeler before proceeding payment.

Problem noticed at a glance:

1. There is no water wash

I have enquired why it is not happened. Service executive admitted...

Hi have given my flood affected Honda activa to lodha honda service center and clearly instructed them to process via insurance.they dragged 3 days for several documents, upon receipt of documents, they informed it was processed as normal.they are putting huge amount for 6 months old vehicle.totally money minded, it is not supporting customer as critical situation also.
