I bought celling fan through Amazon, online ordered on 16 april 2022 and its start bearing sound after two week and
now its fully jammed. not working. very disappointment to buy this product,

Need replacement or money back.

I bought longway 10 liter instant water geyser through Amazon online February month 2022, but within 3 month it's start leaking, i just try to call longway customer care service but no response and i send mail there is also no response, please help me with this issuse

Hi Dear sir/ma'am I bought a Longway 25 L Storage Water Geyser (HOTPLUS 25 L, IVORY) From Flipkart on 20th January 2021 im also Attaching the invoice the tank have issue which comes under 5years warrenty now customer care are not helping !
Sometime they say we dont have the same gyser tank available as we discontinued they product while its still being on sell on flipkart for ₹3697
Then they say we will send replacement it will be chargeable for ₹3500 while the tank was in 5 years warranty they totally denies the Warranty and not helping whats going on it was my mistake to purchase this company gyser or what only after purchase 3/4 months the gyser got some coil issue thank Fully they didn't charge for that what kind of company is this they claim to extend warranty for 2 years by dropping a message on whatsapp while both of the numbers doesn't exist on whatsapp at all!

My mixer is damaged but they have no contacts.

On November 2021 i ordered Longway 7 Ltr. gas geyser(Sold by Globe Enterprises Bawana Delhi) through Flipcart (Invoice and geyser photo attached). However after only three month geyser is out of order since 14 February-2021 and not switch on. I raised a verbal complain on 16.02.2022 on the phone of concern customer care. In customer care a lady worker suggested to resolve the complain and to replace the Battery in geyser immediately. But after replacement of Battery the geyser is not working. In this regard i again complain Longway customer care and request to send a geyser service man to repair it but she refuse and again suggested to talk senior complain officer. when i contact senior complain officer he intimated that due to bad health i am out of office. In Monday you again call. After some few days i contact customer care and manage to call senior complain officer. Senior complain officer advised that no service man will go your address to resolve the problem and only replace the defective parts of geyser through courier. He again advice that to manage a local geyser technician to check it and after that defective part of geyser may be replace through courier.(When i call a local geyser mistri/technician i intimate Longway customer care again.Geyser mistri/technician suggested to defective part to repair/replaced . Photo of defective part attached also . Now I am sending two defective part of geyser to you through Courier as per your instruction. I again request to kindly resolve my out of order Longway geyser problems for functioning it.

On 19-october-2018, i ordered longway geyser from amazon (Invoice attached and geyser photo shared). Their company claims to provide me with a warranty for 5 years. However, just after 4 years, the geyser started leaking from the pipes and from the tank. I raised a complaint with over the phone to their customer service number, but no solution came out. i raised another complaint through link "http://espcrm.bridgetechnosoft.com/super-admin/complainlinkform.php" on 25 January 2022. on 25 January i received a call from longway india from number from their executive who also gave me his another number where i sent him videos for the leakage upon his request (Image shared) another number from where they are calling is "[protected]". I explained him the problem which i was facing from company's geyser and requested him to repair, as it's under warranty, however, he started convincing me to pay for my stainless steel tank and started to ask inr 2000 for which i denied and told him just to repair the same . For which he completely said no to cooperate and consistently asked for money even when it is under warranty for remaining 1 year . He started saying that the water which i use is hard water with higher tds the society where i live the tds of water is normal which resembles a good tds score. If longway has service provider which are this much money minded how could be customers satisfactory. Please take essential action against the company and this person who instead of helping the customer, for the same. And pls resolve my leakage problem as it is under warranty

I have purchased jones 7 litres gyser on 23rd December but i didn't installed it. I installed it in January but it's not working. please do needful

I purchased longway gas geyser on 22/08/2020. Now I'm facing a problem, that even though I supply the gas the burner is not working at all provided the battery is new one. I hear tick tick noise when I turn it on but burner wouldn't work. So I request you to consider my Querrey and see through it. With regards contact no ([protected])

Longway has delivered me the geyser alongwith two hose pipe. One hose pipe is faulty and broken. several times I tried to contact the company but dedicated phone number is not. Working and website is not working since two week. How can the customer contact?

complaint file for not hot water. company ne machnic ko beja. machnic ne bataya ki electric switch borad kharab hai. Machnic ne
humse rs. 200/- charge kiya hai. jabki switch board ko thik bhi nahi kiya hai. recept nahi diya hai. machnic ka mobil no.[protected] and customer care man-[protected] hai.

geyser guranti period me hote huye rs. 200/- charge karna thik nahi hai. mere rs. 200/- vapas dilane ka kasht karen.

Geyser is not working properly

I purchase the longway gas geyser 7 ltr from flipcart but it didnt start and not working

Have purchase a 25 litre geyser from amazon on dated 22.11.2020 (order date ), but suddenly it stop working, and i had contact many times in customer care but they are always says that it will resolve and technician will visit in 2-3 days, but its more than one month nobody came to me and resolve my problem, so please resolve my problem as early as possible.

I have purchase longway geyser 6 ltr working 10 moth than suddenly water heating stop. I will try to contact in longway company since long time one time complain launch and longway send technician. Person says coil faulty so replace coil 26 nov 2020. Only single day working than 28 nov 2020 same issue generate water not heating. I will try to reconnect with company but no response, now product under warranty but no response at company side. So i will request to return your product and send me my amount otherwise give me a permanent solution.
I am very disappointment for this company and never suggest any one to use this product.

But after installing it started troubling. We got sparking in it. Rather the water is leaking continuously from it.the rust deposited all over due to leakage. We complained many a time to customer care.but no satisfactory response. They didn't even answer our phone call. Three four days back a technician came to check. Rather we have paid them service charges to come(rather gyser in gaurntee peeiod still we paid), but he didn't checked or repair it well. The water is liking continuously . It may cause cause harm to us.

We tried many times calling customer care and the man too. But no response.
They are just passing the days.

We are totaly fed up from their service.

And advice no to purchase any longway product.very poor service

But no response from their side.nobody is replying. our gysery is under warranty period. We are tring hard to reach them.but their service is too poor. NO PROPER Customer care. Neither anything.

After long wait now I decided to file a complaint against company in Consumer court.
