gas geyser not working

Hi,
Today I am totally fed up with longway customer support.
I had a ordered gas gyser at Amazon in Oct 2018. After same time the gas gyser not working properly. Then I register a complain of my gas gyser in March 2019. The executive suggest me to resolve the issue near by me. Because not support in chandigarh. He promise to refund service payment. He also asked my paytm number for refund purpose. And now they didn't refund my payment. Every day they promise me "your payment will be refunded EOD".
After long wait now I decided to file a complaint against your company in Consumer court.
