The product has lost its substance and the company is now cheating their customer by providing a smaller and flatter size choco pie at the same cost as earlier. It's like fake news. The company says that they are providing free goods but since the size has been reduced, technically the cost is the same and nothing is being given free

My name is Iti and I bought a choco pie from a shop of my city, Kota yesterday. Just now I opened that and took a bite and it tasted foully
Before gulping the bite, I checked if the pack has expired. It was not. Still 3 months left
So I spat that and broke another side of choco pie to find the white colored marshmallow inside but there was none. All my choco pie has is brown caramel like thing which tastes really yuk. I hope you take necessary steps in this concern.

I am a regular consumer of lotte choco pie. I have recently Bought a box of lotte choco pie, and was very shocked to see fungus patches in the pie. I have thrown out the first pie, thinking it might be due to mistake, but much to my surprise i have found a larger patch of fungus in my second pie. Me and my friends usually eat it as a substitute for breakfast, while rushing to our offices. We could have easily consumed those fungus infected...
