HI team,
I have provided all the required details LTImindtree PF trust and its been 1 month no action taken, i had submitted the laptop and provided them the acceptance receipt, no one from L&T is responding and when i call the help desk they are hanging up the call and speaking rudely,

I have submitted a claim 33023264 including all documents physically and virtually both, however 80% of my claim amount reject saying "No Documents Available". There were several follow-ups done with Medi assis customer care but they are not at all trained to understand and solve basic problems....

Escalation / Compliant in Mobile Issue - MOTO e22s [Incident: 230329-005286
Tried calling toll free no several times but my speaker is not working & after some time my call gets disconnected.
After using 1 day of time, LinkedIn app, Gpay app etc were not able to access & give to the service center in Ambattur through the shop owner.
Gone through quality checks they checked and confirmed that all ok & passed. Enclosed FYR.
later after using it is too slow in moving from one to another app & some screens popping up automatically.
We are totally upset about using the mobile & service people ask me to come from Parrys to Ambattur.
Product given is too bad & now the speaker is not working properly.
