Order 6DCSU9AH was done today from my brother number([protected]) and he didn't order anything so want to file a complaint

The donuts were not fluffy. They were rotten. Did not tasted well. Sour in taste. Worst experience with mod. I need a refund or exchange

I yesterday ordered donuts from MOD, and they were not delivered to me, neither I got the refund. The number which they provided me for order related queries that guys is saying that it is a wrong number. Nobody is responding to this confusion. This is really messed up. I started liking mod but not anymore.

The doughnuts weren’t fresh and was very chewy and not properly filled by the chocolate, it tasted Horrible.. i had ordered the bites but they said it’s over, so sent me doughnuts but it was so Bad🤮

It is regarding MOD Lajpat Nagar Branch. It has been over 8 months I am not provided with oreo Shake. Whenever I ask for it they say that milk is not available. When I go to other branches then Oreo shake is available. My order is straight away rejected by them. Once they said that the order will take half an hour and when I waited for half an hour then they suggested me to take something else. What I don't understand is why Lajpat Nagar branch is having this issue. I am a Zomato Pro user and have dine in discount and unable to use it because of them. Please get this issue escalated

I was at the seasons mall outlet of MOD. Where I asked for a donut which was available, however wasn't displayed so I asked for one. And was refused rudely by ur member of staff, I have an image of that person if needed. I'm a loyal customer of MOD from years, however this experience was disappointing.

We had ordered Speciality box of 12 donuts from Market city kurla outlet on 21st June 2021 via Swiggy for which M.O.D delivered all 12 Choco Bomb donuts. On calling the outlet, no one answered the call. This is not expected, when we are charged for Speciality box we should get one!

This is to bring to ur notice that this is not first time oberoi mall goregaon mumbai outlet making mistake and rough talking with customers i had ordered 5+1 but when i got delivery their was only 5 donuts were their in box so their for i request u look into the matter at the earliest as in oberoi mall lots of issues are going on of short order’s

The store of mod mantri square Mall Malleswaram Bangalore is denying to give all donuts available at ₹40 as they have kept all the assorted and signature donuts inside and on display they have just kept 2 types of donuts for the customer .
Like if you don't want then don't give but don't do these type of nonsense

Staffs and manager Naresh were denying to provide the donuts at the offer price and told that there only this much donuts is available but beneath the counter they kept all the signature donuts and selling at full price

Mod (Mad over donuts) one of the worst companies to be in business. You have kids who want docuts and you spend your hard earned money and get donuts for your kids and in return what you get is first a wrong order delivered to you and then you dont want to spoil your mood and you are ok with worng delivery. But what you are have got is stale and hard donuts and not fresh at all.

This is not the first time you face this issue with mod it has become an habbit and the way they do business.

You have kids who will get sick after eating this horrible donuts served by mod.

Please do something about it. As it my request that the governing authorities who we trust will act on this and not give it closed ears and eyes behavior.
I really request and plead to fix this issue for me.

On june 22 i brought full box of 6 doughnut parcel from meenakshi mall, bangalore. After reaching home (It will take maximum 45 minutes to reach home) i tasted one of those doughnuts which the shop keeper told coffe éclair doughnut which was not at all coffe flavour and it was completely spoiled... Then we tasted all other doughnuts... Except one doughnut all other were spoiled which no one can consume... More than 500 rupees was wasted for me.. As this is your product fault i want my money back.. Waiting for your reply...

I have ordered donuts from an outlet in Aundh, Pune on 7th Feb, 2018. The quality of the product is really bad.. The fillings of the donuts are of tangy taste and smell as well and the bread is an old one. It's very dry. After complaining they replaced the donuts and to my surprise the replaced donuts are stale too. I called the customer care again to complain about it and all they can say is they will replace it again. They are not even ready to refund the money. This is total nonsense. I don't understand how a reputed franchise can sell such low quality products. Please take some action. It's very important.

I had purchased donuts from mod in growels 101 mall kandivali east on the date 25th jan 2018 and the quality of the the donuts was very very very poor and i will be complaining about this to the owner of mod if i dont get a reply from your side. I am aware that Indian law states that every eatery should provide free drinking water to its customers. However when I visited MOD Mad Over Donuts, Dadar on 29th June 2011 I was denied the same.

Address of the outlet is as given below:

I pointed it out to the server but I was ignored and was forced to buy bottled water.

They cannot deny the customer basic rights and I believe that should abide by the rules.

Hope to see action taken against them and better service at their outlets next time.
