Complaint for misbehavior & misleading

sub-Letter of complaint on the same bill twice

Sir,
I have paid my( bill number [protected] consumer no.[protected])
on 14 January 2013, 949/- +20= 969/- including penalties at janakpuri telephone
exchange.i have that cash paid receipt also
After that my phone had been disconnected on 17January 2013 by MTNL
due to non payment .
after that incident i had to again case paid same bill...

Very Poor Service

Dear Sir,
I am using Tri - band for last two months. My mtnl no. is 26787110, my plan of mtnl is Tri - band unlimited of 1599/-.. My net speed is too slow... I complained so many times but no one came to check it. They told me that u get the download speed 1mbps to 1.3 mbps of surfing and downloading, But the speed is coming too slow. My surfing speed is 250 kbps and downloading speed is 50 kbps. So this is our last complain...

Excess payment refund

I had paid MTNL telephone bills in excess. The company knows it as bill payments are computerized. However when I visited their account office I was told to come with original bills. I had opted to pay through HDFC Bank's bill pay facility and it so happened that the bank informed me that the bill couldn't be paid. So I paid by cheques and the the Bank also paid the bill. This happened 3 or 4 times. Thereafter I discontinued this...
