Among all the drinks, I only drink Maaza because i like it very much. This is my second time having a bad experience. I really liked how Maaza tasted so natural and refreshing. But i found very weird and awful taste. This is really so unexpected from Maaza. The first time when I experienced this awful taste, i throwed it out. And this is the second time facing really a bad situation. I feel like this should not be repeated to other consumers. This time, the Maaza i had tasted really so bad and awful. I cannot even describe this taste. I felt like artificial flavours, unhygienic and something very weird item is mixed into it. I even checked the expiry dates and it has much time to expire. So what about the customers health? Don’t you care? Please retain its original good taste. Will I even get my drink back?

Even cap was not opened of maaza bottle

The maaza bottle was sealed and unopened I kept in my fridge directly once I came home, and after few minutes I took bottle from fridge and i shaked it normally one time the maaza bottle unexpectedly exploded in my hands, the maaza inside the bottle fell out every where on my furniture

Yesterday i bought a 10 rupees tetra pack to my daughter, she drank half of it and left it, today when I tried to give the same to her a black fluid started to come out and curiously when i opened the tetra pack i was shocked by the black unhygienic fluid in it. Are you really considering the health of the people?, who will be responsible for the health of the people, after drinking half of the juice

On 23rd Jul'23, my son opened maaza tetra pack and poured into a glass. Then he found some big black substance in the same. Upon checking, I found it to be some fungi/algae like big subsctance. Refer photo attached,

packing date: Apr'23, Expiry Date: Oct'23.

We keep the same in refrigerator.

This is seriously life threatening and can cause serious implications. How company is working on it?br...

On 23rd Jul'23, my kid opened 1 maaza tetra pack and put the maaza in glass. Then he found some black substance in it and showed to be. This is some algae/fungus like big subsctance black in colur. Refer given picture.

This can be life-threatening if kid could have drank it. Expiry date is Oct'23 and packing date is Apr'23.

Are you providing such products to customer?

Need strict and immediate action.

As per the rules of the government no company is supposed to serve plastic straw with their beverage but I had recieved one today. It was like I had recieved an older pack but the date was altered.

As per rules of the government all the company should provide paper straws with their juice box but I received a plastic straw. And the juice also tasted wierd as if it was old and only the date was altered

I bought a 600ml bottle which was over priced from guntur railway station. We spend a lot of time to figure out the date and manufacturing dates. The taste is really different as if they added a mild mango flavour to water. There are 3 large suspended particles and cloggy things inside the bottle...

I have purchase the Maaza mango drink bottle (1.25 litre) fews days back. Yesterday i have opened the bottle and seeing insects big and thick skin type insects in the bottle.
Kindly have a look and ban the Maaza mango drink as soon as possible.

I ordered 2 bottles of Mazza from Amazon My son asked to drink the Mazza then I was pouring the Mazza for him in the glass then from the Mazza bottle some cloth like tissue paper came out in the glass.

I have bought maaza cool drink on 10-dec-17. After we finished half, there is black sticky particle at the down. We then shifted the cool drink in a plastic glass. Its thick black block of particle inside the cool drink. I have taken pics of the bottle batch details and the black particle which we found. Please let me know how to give complaint against this. This is very dangerous for consumer's health mostly kids who likes to drink maaza.

Sir, We have purchased 72 bottles (1.2l) of Maaza from Carrefour, Seelampur, New Delhi. 10 days before. On bottle wrapper Packing date is 17 June 2014. From those supply, We used 10 bottles in Aftar Party Today. After drinking Maaza, 10 persons fall vomiting. After it, All present people tasted the Maaza All of them told that this soft drink is spoiled. So, we 73request you Please Check our stock. We have 60 bottles in balance immediately. If you do not take any further action in this matter then We will act on this matter in Media and Police.
